    Abstract: A cellular model with a highly glycolytic phenotype (L929dt cells) for study of phosphaplatin-based anticancer agents, in particular (R,R)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine-(pyrophosphato) platinum(II) (or “PT-112”), is disclosed.
