  • Patent number: 11634084
Abstract: A mount adapter assembly for facilitating attachment of articles to a mounting rack includes a first element and a second element. The first element is shaped substantially complementary to at least a first portion of an orifice positioned in a mounting rack. The first element is at least partially insertable into the first portion of the orifice from a first face of the mounting rack. The second element can abut the mounting rack from a second face of the mounting rack. A connector engages the first element to the second element so that the first element and the second element are coupled to the mounting rack. A fastener engaged to the first element can engage a substrate so that the substrate is coupled to the mounting rack. The substrate can be used to attach a variety of articles to the mounting rack.

  • Patent number: 10305876
Abstract: Various technologies described herein pertain to sharing Wi-Fi credentials based upon relationships in a computer-implemented social network. At least one server computing device of a Wi-Fi credential sharing service receives an identifier from a mobile device and credentials for a Wi-Fi network from the mobile device. The identifier identifies a user of the mobile device. Moreover, the credentials for the Wi-Fi network are desirably shared by the user. Further, contacts of the user are retrieved from the social network. The credentials for the Wi-Fi network are retained in respective accounts of the contacts of the user from the social network. Further, an account of a contact includes credentials for Wi-Fi networks shared with the contact.

  • Patent number: 10035063
Abstract: Various technologies described herein pertain to controlling a game with a mobile touch-enabled device. A thumbstick and a mode selection button can be rendered on a display of the mobile touch-enabled device. The thumbstick can be rendered on a reassignable area of the display and the mode selection button can be rendered on a mode selection area of the display. A touch (e.g., drag) from the mode selection area to the reassignable area can be detected, and an operation in the game can be controlled with the thumbstick represented as being at a depressed height in response to the touch in the reassignable area while the touch is detected without discontinuity of contact from starting the drag. Further, upon detecting discontinuation of the touch, a different operation in the game can be controlled with the thumbstick represented as being at a default height in response to a subsequent touch.

  • Patent number: 9436437
Abstract: Organizing data where the data has spatial significance. A method includes, at a user interface, displaying to a user a representation of spatially structured data. User input is received at a computer implemented user interface through one or more hardware user interface devices. The user input is domain agnostic, but has a spatial connotation. Based on pre-existing structured data displayed at the user interface, a domain is determined for the user input. Based on the determined domain, the user input is interpreted into a domain specific response. The domain specific response is consistent with the spatial connotation across a plurality of domains.
