  • Patent number: 10055763
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for classifying user intent based on spatial information relayed via a mobile device. Embodiments commence upon receiving a location beacon identification value originating from a location beacon, which location beacon identification value is then relayed to the server from the mobile device. The server determines a set of one or more rules based at least in part on the location beacon identification value, and then transmits at least a portion of a set of one or more rules to the mobile device, (e.g., using a mobile device carrier's infrastructure). The rules comprise triggers, and when a trigger fires, user categorization is determined and user intent is predicted. The user categorization and/or predicted user intent is used to select an advertising message.

  • Patent number: 8010262
Abstract: An apparatus and method for automatically controlling the settings of an adjustable crop residue discharge system of an agricultural combine is provided. The apparatus includes a sensor, an actuator, and a controller. The sensor detects a position of a residue deflector and/or a speed of the residue discharge system. The actuator operatively controls the residue deflector to adjustably position the residue deflector. The controller is operatively connected to the sensor and actuator. The controller includes a memory, a speed input device, a position input device, and a mode input device. The controller is configured to store in memory a plurality of positions and speeds of the residue discharge system and automatically adjust the positions and speeds of the residue discharge system upon receiving an input to change to headland mode.

  • Publication number: 20110204093
Abstract: A wine dispensing device for dispensing multiple portions of wine over a period of time while also providing preservation of the wine bouquet and taste character. The device couples to a wine bottle to allow wine to be dispensed through displacement with an inert gas. The device provides preservation of wine over multiple dispenses and over an extended period of time. In some embodiments the device dispenses wine without necessitating removal of the cork and can include an inert gas purge procedure to reduce wine exposure to atmospheric air thereby improving the quality and length of wine preservation that is possible.

  • Patent number: 7695215
Abstract: Sub-aquatic sediment is covered with capping material by a capping system comprising a template barge and a spreader barge. While the spreader barge is distributing capping material, the template barge guides the spreader barge as it systematically moves over a pre-defined sediment capping region. The spreader barge comprises a spreader pool in which a broadcast spreader accurately and evenly distributes capping material within the pool, which then sinks to the sediment. The capping material is distributed with minimal disturbance to the sediment.
