Abstract: An exercise device includes a support frame configured to contact a support surface, and a cycler coupled to the frame. The cycler is configured to move with respect to the frame between a first position so as to be engaged by feet of a user of the exercise device, and a second position so as to be engaged by hands of the user. The exercise device also includes a lock configured to lock the cycler relative to the frame in the first and second positions. In an embodiment, the support frame is adjustable, and contains a seat, wherein adjusting the support frame moves the seat relative to the cycler.

In an embodiment, the movable frame is pivotally mounted to the support frame, such as to pivot generally parallel to the support frame, or generally across the support frame. In an embodiment, the movable frame is configured to slidably move up and down the support frame.
