Abstract: Example embodiments of systems and methods for milling patterns for a card are provided. A chip fraud prevention system include a device including a chip. The chip may be at least partially encompassed in a chip pocket. The chip pocket may include one or more shapes. The one or more shapes may include one or more peaks and one or more valleys. One or more connections may be communicatively coupled to at least one surface of the chip. The one or more connections may be placed between at least one of the one or more peaks or one or more valleys.

Abstract: A security system for a network may be configured to detect one or more failed authentication attempts to access the network by at least one user device and determine the number of the failed authentication attempts. The system may determine a first risk score based on the number of failed authentication attempts and determine whether the first risk score is greater than or equal to a first risk score threshold and generate a first notification indicating that the user device is attempting to gain unauthorized access onto the network. The system may transmit the first notification to an administrator of the network, determine the user device is successfully authenticated to access the network after the number of failed authentication attempts has been detected, and apply a first set of network activity restrictions to the user device.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for authenticating a user by generating a customized set of authentication questions based on spending patterns that are automatically detected and extracted from user data. The user data may include transaction data collected over a period of time that may indicate the types of merchants that a user frequently transacts with. By automatically detecting user patterns that correspond to user behavior over a period of time, an authentication system may be able to generate authentication questions about those spending patterns that are easily answerable to an authentic user but difficult to guess or circumvent for any other user.

Abstract: Various examples generally directed to unlocking a locked contactless card for use as payment in card-present transactions are provided. The contactless card is a payment card associated with a payment account. An application executing on a mobile device may be operable to enable unlocking the locked contactless card and receive an indication that the contactless card associated with the mobile device is unlocked for use in card-present transactions. The application may present information related to permitted uses of the unlocked contactless card via a graphical user interface. The permitted uses of the unlocked contactless card may be modified via the graphical user interface.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive an indication of an item associated with a user and a first entity and may store information associated with the item in a first entry of a first database associated with the user. The device may identify a second entry in a second database associated with the first entity. The second entry may identify one or more documents associated with the item, and the second database may identify documents for a second set of items associated with the first entity. The device may map the first entry to the second entry to enable the one or more documents associated with the item to be associated with the first entry of the first database associated with the user. The device may transmit an indication of at least one document of the one or more documents.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device of a user may receive user input indicative of a selection of an application implemented by the device. The user input may be received via a graphical user interface presented by the device. Abstract: Systems and computer-implemented methods disclosed herein relate to detecting errors in manually entered data. In one embodiment, the system can identify a named entity automatically from a conversation between a customer and service agent with a named entity recognition model that employs natural language processing and machine learning to detect a word or string of words in the conversation that corresponds to a named entity category. In another embodiment, the system can determine whether data entered into a field on a service platform by the service agent includes an error by comparing the data entered with the named entity. In another embodiment, the system can transmit an alert to the service agent through the service platform when there is a mismatch between the named entity and the data entered.

Abstract: Systems and methods of context-aware caller identification via machine learning techniques are disclosed. In one embodiment, an exemplary computer-implemented method may comprise: obtaining a trained call verification machine learning model that determines when a phone number is associated with a service provider that is associated with a delivery portion of a user activity with an entity within a time window; receiving, from a computing device of a first user, an indication of a communication being received from a second user; receiving activity information of a particular activity associated with the first user and a particular entity; utilizing the trained call verification machine learning model to determine, based at least in part on the activity information and the communication, that the second user is the particular service provider that is associated with a delivery portion of the particular activity associated with the particular entity.

Abstract: Systems and methods of video password based user authentication via machine learning techniques are disclosed. Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for inactivity-based prompting of task completion. For instance, a task related to an account may be identified as an incomplete task along with a task status related to the task as incomplete. The task and task status may be stored in a data store in association with an account identifier. In response to receiving a session inactivity indication for an account session established via an application executing on a user computing device, the data store may be queried using the account identifier to determine the task status for the task. The task status may be determined as remaining incomplete, and a notification indicating the incompletion may be generated. Additionally, a communication channel may be determined for transmission of the notification that increases a likelihood of notification engagement to prompt completion of the task. The notification may be transmitted via the communication channel.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method for authenticating calls for a call center where the user can authenticate before or after starting a call to a call center using an application on a user device. The system determines what level of authentication is necessary depending on the task the user wants to accomplish during the call. The system may direct the user to provide credentials, such as a username and password, for some tasks. Other tasks may require the user to verify their financial card by taking a photo of their financial card or tapping their financial card to their device and allow the device to interact with the financial card using NFC technology. Once appropriately authenticated, the system then allows the user to make a call to the call center and also sends a signal to the call center that the user has been previously authenticated.
