  • Patent number: 11160307
Abstract: An applicator made from stainless steel comprising an elongated handle, a chamber, and a blade. The handle having a longitudinal axis and comprising a first end and a second end, a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section, each in substantial alignment along the longitudinal axis of the handle. The chamber is substantially cylindrical and is coupled to the first end of the handle for collecting a calibrated volume of material. The chamber has an open end distal to the first end of the handle and a closed end proximate the first end of the handle, and is in substantial alignment with the longitudinal axis of the handle. The blade is coupled to the second end of the handle, the blade having a curved profile and a tip with a rounded facial contour, and being in substantial alignment with the longitudinal axis of the handle.

  • Patent number: 10280058
Abstract: A container tapping device for use with a container containing liquid contents. The device comprises a proximal end portion, a middle portion, a distal portion and a distal end portion. The proximal portion comprises a proximal surface, a distal surface, and a central bore capable of being in fluid communication with the liquid contents of the container. The middle portion comprises a locking chamber and one or more middle portion orifices, the orifice(s) capable of being in fluid communication with the central bore as well as the liquid contents of the container when the device is engaged with the container. The distal portion comprises a recess in one or more of the faces of the distal portion. The distal end portion comprises a point portion formed by an apex area of the distal portion, the point portion capable of puncturing the container and protruding therein.

  • Patent number: 10026509
Abstract: In general, this disclosure describes media stream transmission techniques for a field computing device and a central computing device. The central computing device may capture an image of a local background environment. The central computing device may record a first media stream that includes at least a portion of the image of the background environment and at least one movement of at least one object through the background environment. The central computing device may remove the image of the background environment from the first media stream to create a second media stream that includes the movement of the object through the background environment without the image of the background environment. The second media stream may also include timing information that can be synchronized to timing information for a media stream originating at the field computing device such that the second media stream may be superimposed on the field media stream.

  • Publication number: 20180042349
Abstract: A rollup tool organizer that rolls between a cylindrical configuration and a laid out configuration is provided. The rollup tool organizer provides a head and body member, wherein the body member provides a plurality of pockets along its elongated side edges. The pockets are sequentially arranged and adapted to secure an array of tools therein, which are all visible in the laid out configuration. At one end, the body member is attached along an attachment point to the head member, wherein the attachment point is located proximate but inward of an edge thereof, so when the body member is rolled into a semi-cylindrical configuration it may be disposed near the center of head member, which in turn is rolled about the semi-cylindrical forming a cylindrical configuration that a user may carry to and from job sites.

  • Publication number: 20150056004
Abstract: One embodiment of a fatigue resistant structural connection that has a primary member 19 coupled to a baseplate 17 with a circumferential weld 18. The connection employs the use of a plurality of stiffeners with elongated, contoured tails 30 coupled to the primary member with a longitudinal weld 27 and coupled to the baseplate with a weld 26. These stiffeners are oriented along the longitudinal axis of the primary member and are laid out radially from this longitudinal axis. The present embodiment: mitigates stress concentrations due to discontinuous connection geometry and therefore improves fatigue resistance, adds a degree of structural redundancy to otherwise non-redundant structures, and provides a means of retrofitting existing tall cantilevered structures. Other embodiments are described and shown.
