Patent number: 9913508Abstract: A foot balancing device includes a shoe insert, a main balancing element, three auxiliary force-transferring elements, and three auxiliary balancing elements. The main balancing element is provided in an arch region of the shoe insert and serves as a fulcrum on the shoe insert for the front part of the sole of one of the user's feet and the heel of the foot. The auxiliary force-transferring elements are provided in the arch region of the shoe insert so that the pressure center of the sole will displace along an ideal line. The auxiliary balancing elements are located forward of and on two lateral sides of the main balancing element respectively to support a transverse arch, inner arch, and outer arch of the foot respectively. Thus, the user's body weight can distribute evenly over the sole while the user is standing or walking, thereby preventing injury resulting from improper posture.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 2015Date of Patent: March 13, 2018Assignee: VARITHOTICS CO., LTD.Inventor: Tzann-Yuh Tzeng

Publication number: 20160227874Abstract: The present invention provides a foot stabilizing device, which can be an insole body or a sole body having a foot contacting surface. The insole body or the foot contacting surface of the sole body has a toe region, a foot sole region, a foot arch region, and a foot heel region for corresponding to the toes, the foot sole, the foot arch and the foot heel of a user's foot, respectively. The present invention is characterized in that a reducing stress structure is formed between a center position of a rear end of the toe region and a middle portion of the foot sole region in longitudinal direction. Thus, the contacting force between the use's foot and the reducing stress structure can be minimized and the user's foot can be stabilized on the insole body or the sole body thereby to prevent the foot from sliding forwardly or around.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 1, 2016Publication date: August 11, 2016Inventor: Tzann-Yuh TZENG

Patent number: 9055781Abstract: The present invention relates to a body balance device, which includes a main body made of a cushioning material. The main body includes a first metatarsal bone section, a fourth metatarsal bone section, and a foot heel section. The main body forms a primary adjustment structure located between the first metatarsal bone section and the fourth metatarsal bone section and a secondary adjustment structure located between the fourth metatarsal bone section and the foot heel section and corresponding to outside of the main body. Both adjustment structures are formed with a structure of through hole or cavity in which a soft material is selectively embedded to allow the human body to reach a balanced condition when standing or walking so as to improve the discomfort of bones and muscles caused by long standing or walking.Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2012Date of Patent: June 16, 2015Assignee: Varithotics Co., Ltd.Inventor: Tzann-Yuh Tzeng

Patent number: 8484864Abstract: The pressure-reducing device has a body, a heel portion and an elevation portion. The body has a thickness and a body-fore end. The heel portion is defined in the body. The elevation portion is defined in the body and has a rear boundary and a fore boundary. The rear boundary is adjacent to the heel portion and is positioned between the heel portion and the body-fore end of the body. The fore boundary is positioned in front of the rear boundary between the rear boundary of the elevation portion and the body-fore end of the body. The thickness of the body decreases from the rear boundary to the fore boundary.Type: GrantFiled: May 28, 2010Date of Patent: July 16, 2013Inventor: Tzann-Yuh Tzeng

Publication number: 20130047461Abstract: A foot balance device includes at least one adjustment element arranged at a position between a front sole and a rear heel. The adjustment element forms a support point having a bottom surface that is provided with a coupling section. The coupling section functions to couple to a corresponding position in a shoe or on a shoe pad. As such, the distribution of force between the heel and the sole is changed to realize proper distribution of body weight on the foot and make force uniformly acting along a circumference of the adjustment element to thereby protect the foot from being hurt and improve the sense of comfortableness.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 31, 2011Publication date: February 28, 2013Inventor: TZANN-YUH TZENG

Publication number: 20120216427Abstract: An asymmetrical shoe upper is combined in a shoe body. The shoe upper at a medial side of a foot dorsum inclines to a lateral side of the shoe upper and to a front end of a foot sole so as to form an asymmetrical design. Accordingly, when wearing the shoe body, muscles of the foot dorsum are constrained by the shoe upper. At this time, the shoe upper affects pressures applied onto the medial and lateral sides of the foot dorsum. Thereby, based on the lever principle, the foot can be automatically adjusted so as to form a specific angle such that a heel has a medial side not constrained by the shoe upper at the medial side of the heel, and an inverted ankle can be avoided.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 7, 2012Publication date: August 30, 2012Inventor: TZANN-YUH TZENG

Publication number: 20100050472Abstract: A stabilizing insole has a base, a heel pad and a forefoot pad. The heel pad is formed on the base and has a heel supporting segment. The forefoot pad is formed on the base and has a forefoot supporting section. The heel and forefoot pads concentrates force applied by a person's foot at natural balance points so the user does not twist his or her ankle.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 3, 2008Publication date: March 4, 2010Inventors: Tzann-Yuh TZENG, Min-Te LIN

Publication number: 20090158620Abstract: A shoe vamp has a front end, a rear end, a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis and an opening. The longitudinal axis extends longitudinally from the rear end to the front end. The transverse axis is perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis. The opening is defined through the shoe vamp and has an inclined front edge inclined to the longitudinal axis and the transverse axis and has an inside end and an outside end being closer to the front end of the shoe vamp when compared to the inside end. The shoe vamp with the inclined front edge of the opening corresponds entirely to the shape of the instep of a foot to prevent the foot from rotating or moving on the shoe. Therefore, the shoe vamp effectively prevents varus or talipes valgus.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 26, 2008Publication date: June 25, 2009Inventor: Tzann-Yuh TZENG

Publication number: 20080098621Abstract: A stabilizing insole has at least one pad that is mounted on an upper surface of a shoe sole. Each pad has an edge, at least one first surface and a second surface. Each first surface has a support surface. The support surface is formed on the first surface and is harder than the first surface. The second surface extends from the first surface. The at least one pad concentrates force applied by a person's foot at natural balance points so the user does not twist his or her ankle.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 18, 2007Publication date: May 1, 2008Inventors: Tzann-Yuh TZENG, Min-Te LIN
