  • Patent number: 10481575
Abstract: A thermal compensation control system for a machine tool having a milling cutter and a cutter driver includes a tool setting probe, a temperature sensor, a workpiece touch probe, and a controller. The cutter driver is connected to the milling cutter to drive the milling cutter to process the work piece based on a control signal. The tool setting probe is configured to detect a cutter length of the milling cutter. The temperature sensor is configured to sense a measured temperature of the cutter driver or the milling cutter. The workpiece touch probe is configured to measure processing errors of the processed work piece. The controller is configured to generate the control signal based on a processing instruction, a temperature compensation model, the cutter length, and the measured temperature. The controller is further configured to determine whether to modify the temperature compensation model based on the processing errors.

  • Publication number: 20060023744
Abstract: A network address-port translation (NAPT) apparatus and method for IP packets with a same identification is disclosed. The IP packets at least include a first packet with Layer 4 information and a second packet without Layer 4 information. The NAPT apparatus includes: a packet translation unit for performing a NAPT operation for the first packet to generate a translation IP; and a translation table for storing a correspondence between the same identification and the translation IP. The packet translation unit translates one of a source IP and a destination IP of the second packet into the translation IP according to a forwarding direction of the second packet and the translation table.

  • Patent number: 6294159
Abstract: This invention relates to an improved formulation hair volumizers which comprise: (a) from 0.01-15 percent by weight (based on the total weight of the composition) of a selected liquid MQ resin having an M:Q ratio of 0.5-1.5 and a medium viscosity in the range of 1.0×103-1×106 centipoise; and (b) from 85-99.99 percent by weight (based on the total weight of the composition) of a hair care carrier (also called a vehicle). The compositions of this invention provide hair with increased volume without significant stiffness or stickiness and may be made in the form of a shampoo, conditioner, combination shampoo/conditioner, sprays, liquid rinses, gels or mousses.

  • Patent number: 6287545
Abstract: A system for enhancing the freezing and freeze-thaw stability of hair conditioning compositions has been developed which comprises incorporating therein a combination of low HLB (from about 2.0 to about 9.0) and high (from about 10.0 to about 19.0) HLB ethoxylated branched-chain fatty alcohol ethers and/or esters as freeze-thaw stabilizers while maintaining the pH of said emulsion in a range of about 2.0 to about 5.5.
