  • Publication number: 20220146527
Abstract: A method of creating characteristic profiles of mass spectra and identification model for analyzing and identifying microorganisms includes collecting m/z data of microorganisms having same features from MALDI-TOF MS; classifying the microorganisms; classifying the collected set of m/z data as a plurality of subsets; creating modified subsets by applying KDE to the subsets; creating first characteristic MS profiles based on the modified subsets; summarizing into a second characteristic MS profile; repeating above six steps to create second characteristic MS profiles; creating a training set comprising first matched vectors; training a machine learning system using the training set to establish a feature classification model; using MALDI-TOF MS to analyze microorganisms having unknown features; comparing m/z of MALDI-TOF MS spectrum of the microorganisms having unknown features with second characteristic MS profiles to obtain second matched vectors; using the feature classification model analyzing the second m

  • Publication number: 20210178601
Abstract: A method for determining state of balance of a robot and applying corrections as necessary includes: acquiring an image set of initial images taken by a photographing device when a robot is balanced, and acquiring coordinates of each initial image in the image set. An image model is generated by arranging and stitching the initial images according to the coordinates and setting a balance threshold of the image model. A determination image is acquired in real time and the determination image is compared with the image model to obtain a difference value which is measured against the balance threshold, to determine a balance state of the robot. A device for determining robot balance is further provided.

  • Publication number: 20210055914
Abstract: A method for testing an object by analyzing images thereof includes acquiring an image of an object to be tested, and entering a preset testing algorithm, and setting a script interaction mode as Lua script interaction mode. The method further includes determining whether the preset Lua script needs to be modified for the image of the object according to preset check conditions after invoking a preset Lua script, and modifying the preset Lua script when the preset Lua script needs to be modified. The method further includes invoking the modified preset Lua script, applying the tests to the image by executing the preset testing algorithm; and receiving results of script interaction.
