    Abstract: An optical system affixed to an electronic apparatus is provided, including a first optical module, a second optical module, and a third optical module. The first optical module is configured to adjust the moving direction of a first light from a first moving direction to a second moving direction, wherein the first moving direction is not parallel to the second moving direction. The second optical module is configured to receive the first light moving in the second moving direction. The first light reaches the third optical module via the first optical module and the second optical module in sequence. The third optical module includes a first photoelectric converter configured to transform the first light into a first image signal.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, a device includes: an integrated circuit die; an encapsulant at least partially surrounding the integrated circuit die, the encapsulant including fillers having an average diameter; a through via extending through the encapsulant, the through via having a lower portion of a constant width and an upper portion of a continuously decreasing width, a thickness of the upper portion being greater than the average diameter of the fillers; and a redistribution structure including: a dielectric layer on the through via, the encapsulant, and the integrated circuit die; and a metallization pattern having a via portion extending through the dielectric layer and a line portion extending along the dielectric layer, the metallization pattern being electrically coupled to the through via and the integrated circuit die.

    Abstract: A solder-free connector is provided, including a tip, an insulating ring, a metal collet, a shaft sleeve, a cable, a cover body, and a flange seal. The tip includes a base, a tip body at a first side of the base, and a tip guide at a second side opposite to the first side of the base. The insulating ring, neighboring the second side of the base, is disposed with a first insertion space to accommodate the tip guide.     Abstract: A data interpretation apparatus, method, and non-transitory tangible machine-readable medium thereof. The data interpretation apparatus includes a storage and a processor, wherein the processor is electrically connected to the storage. The storage stores a plurality of bytes included in a memory of an Internet of Things device. The processor interprets the bytes by a plurality of predetermined interpretation schemes individually and thereby obtains a plurality of interpreted data of each of the predetermined interpretation schemes. Each of the predetermined interpretation schemes is related to a data type and a byte order. The processor analyzes the data characteristic of the plurality of corresponding interpreted data for each of the predetermined interpretation schemes and thereby obtains an analysis result of each of the predetermined interpretation schemes.

    Abstract: Embodiments relate to a gateway and a method of determining machines to be networked at a gateway. In the embodiments, the gateway stores original channel information of a programmable logic controller (PLC) configured on an original networked machine. The gateway further defines a controlling logic process based on the original channel information, and selects at least one functional channel from a plurality of original channels of the PLC configured on the original networked machine. When a target networked machine connects to the gateway, the gateway determines whether the target networked machine is capable of replacing the original networked machine by comparing target channel information of a PLC configured on the target networked machine with channel information of the at least one functional channel.
