Abstract: The disclosure provides an electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof. The electronic device includes a package structure, a circuit structure, a bonding structure and an external element. The circuit structure is disposed on the package structure and is electrically connected to the package structure. The circuit structure has a recess. The bonding structure includes a first bonding pad and a second bonding pad. The second bonding pad is disposed in the recess, and the second bonding pad is disposed on the first bonding pad. The bonding structure is disposed between the circuit structure and the external element. The external element is electrically connected to the circuit structure through the bonding structure. A width of the first bonding pad is smaller than a width of the second bonding pad.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an electronic device includes: providing a base layer, wherein the base layer includes a plurality of first dies and a plurality of second dies, and a number of the plurality of first dies is greater than a number of the plurality of second dies; forming a circuit layer on the base layer; and performing an electricity test to confirm whether the circuit layer is electrically connected to one of the plurality of second dies.

Abstract: An alkaline cleaning composition is provided. The alkaline cleaning composition includes an alkaline compound, 5% to 40% by weight of propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 10% to 30% by weight of water, and a polar solvent. Wherein, the polar solvent includes acetals, glycol ethers, pyrrolidones, or a combination thereof, and the alkaline cleaning composition is free of benzenesulfonic acid.
