Patent number: 10392734Abstract: A yarn tension control device of knitting machines is revealed. A plurality of yarn tension control devices is disposed on a knitting machine for control of warp yarns while weaving the warp yarns to produce fabrics. The warp yarns can be metal yarns. The metal yarns on a yarn disc are passed through a guide holder, bars for drop wires, and drop wires and then entered steel healds and reeds. Thus a constant yarn tension over the warp yarns is ensured by the yarn tension control devices during a weaving process of weft yarns. The tension of the metal yarns is the same with the tension of textile yarns. Thereby a stable yarn tension over the warp yarns gives uniform fabric appearance.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 2017Date of Patent: August 27, 2019Inventor: Tzu-Chin Hsu

Patent number: 9923102Abstract: A solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a passivation layer, a back electrode layer, and several bus bars. The semiconductor substrate has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite with each other. The passivation layer is disposed at the lower surface and includes several blank regions and several first openings. Each first opening is not located in the blank regions. The bus bars are respectively disposed on the blank regions of the passivation layer. The back electrode layer is disposed on the passivation layer and electrically connected to the semiconductor substrate through the first openings. The back electrode layer includes several second openings corresponding to the bus bars, respectively. The size of each second opening is not greater than the size of the corresponding bus bar, so that the back electrode layer is electrically connected to the bus bars.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2015Date of Patent: March 20, 2018Assignee: NEO SOLAR POWER CORP.Inventors: Tzu-Chin Hsu, Kun-Chih Lin, Chia-Pang Kuo, Han-Cheng Lee
