The negative active material layers include titanium niobium oxide, lithium titanate, or a combination thereof. The separator is disposed between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate. The electrolyte contacts the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate. The negative active material layers have an effective area corresponding to the positive electrode plate. The negative active material layers have a thickness on one surface of the negative current collector. A ratio of the effective area to the thickness is greater than 2×105 mm.

    Abstract: Semiconductor dies of a semiconductor die package are directly bonded, and a top metal region may be formed over the semiconductor dies. A plurality of conductive terminals may be formed over the top metal region. The conductive terminals are formed of copper (Cu) or another material that enables low-temperature deposition process techniques, such as electroplating, to be used to form the conductive terminal. In this way, the conductive terminals of the semiconductor die packages described herein may be formed at a relatively low temperature. This reduces the likelihood of thermal deformation of semiconductor dies in the semiconductor die packages. The reduced thermal deformation reduces the likelihood of warpage, breakage, and/or other types of damage to the semiconductor dies of the semiconductor die packages, which may increase performance and/or increase yield of semiconductor die packages.

In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a workpiece having a redistribution layer disposed over and electrically coupled to an interconnect structure. In some embodiments, the method further includes patterning the redistribution layer to form a recess between and separating a first conductive feature and a second conductive feature of the redistribution layer, where corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature are defined adjacent to and on either side of the recess. The method further includes depositing a first dielectric layer over the first conductive feature, the second conductive feature, and within the recess. The method further includes depositing a nitride layer over the first dielectric layer. In some examples, the method further includes removing portions of the nitride layer disposed over the corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for recycling all types of lithium batteries. First, the lithium battery waste is acid-leached to obtain a solution containing most of metal ions. After filtering, the solution is separated from the remaining solids, and then the obtained solution is subjected to separate precipitation many times. After separately adjusting the pH value of the solution many times, adding precipitants with a high selectivity ratio, and matching with filtration and separation reaction, all ions in the lithium battery waste are sequentially precipitated in forms of iron phosphate (FePO4), aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3), manganese oxide (MnO2), dicobalt trioxide (cobalt oxide, Co2O3), nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2), and lithium carbonate (Li2CO3).

    Abstract: A positioning system and a positioning method based on radio frequency identification techniques (RFID) are provided. The positioning system includes in-vehicle devices, RFID readers and a server. The in-vehicle devices each includes a positioning device, an image capturing device and an image recognition module. The positioning device obtains a positioning location. The image capturing device captures a driving image. The image recognition module identifies adjacent vehicles, adjacent license plate information, and road attributes, and calculates relative location information. Each of the RFID readers reads a vehicle tag of one of the vehicles passing by, so as to mark a reference vehicle and generate reference vehicle information. A positioning adjustment module of the server determines whether the target vehicle is a reference vehicle, has been the reference vehicle or is a non-reference vehicle, and adjusts the positioning location of the target vehicle in different ways, accordingly.
