  • Patent number: 11973027
Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of forming the same are provided. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a gate structure, a dielectric structure and a contact structure. The substrate has source/drain (S/D) regions. The gate structure is on the substrate and between the S/D regions. The dielectric structure covers the gate structure. The contact structure penetrates through the dielectric structure to connect to the S/D region. A lower portion of a sidewall of the contact structure is spaced apart from the dielectric structure by an air gap therebetween, while an upper portion of the sidewall of the contact structure is in contact with the dielectric structure.

  • Publication number: 20100315374
Abstract: A display device and a method of applying the same are introduced herein. A shielding layer is utilized to interpose between a transparent conductive layer of a touch element and a common electrode layer of a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. With controlling variances of a first and a second control signals, a coupling current between the transparent conductive layer and common electrode layer can approach none, whereby influences of capacitive coupling effect between the common electrode layer or shielding layer and the transparent conductive layer of the touch element can be reduced. Thus, high touch accuracy of the touch element can be achieved and the noise can be eliminated simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20100171722
Abstract: A touch panel includes a transparent conductive layer, a closed-loop electrode member circled around the transparent conductive layer, and a signal-transferring layer separated from the transparent conductive layer. The signal-transferring layer includes a transmission trace and a pad. The respective pads are located at four comers of the display device. Each transmission trace can conduct an electric current when an object contacts the transparent conductive layer. The signal-transferring layers and the electrode members are made of an identical conductivity material.

  • Publication number: 20070215955
Abstract: A magnetic tunneling junction structure for magnetic random access memory is disclosed. A composite structure includes at least a pinning layer, a barrier layer, a ferromagnetic layer and a free layer, and the material of the pinning layer and the free layer are perpendicularly anisotropic ferrimagnetic. As the structures include of several barrier layers, free layers and ferrimagnetic layers, that lower coercivity and high squareness for the hysteresis curves can be obtained, and reduction of the coercivity of the free layer can be achieved.
