  • Publication number: 20240113166
Abstract: A method for fabricating semiconductor devices includes forming channel regions over a substrate. The channel regions, in parallel with one another, extend along a first lateral direction. Each channel region includes at least a respective pair of epitaxial structures. The method includes forming a gate structure over the channel regions, wherein the gate structure extends along a second lateral direction. The method includes removing, through a first etching process, a portion of the gate structure that was disposed over a first one of the channel regions. The method includes removing, through a second etching process, a portion of the first channel region. The second etching process includes one silicon etching process and one silicon oxide deposition process. The method includes removing, through a third etching process controlled based on a pulse signal, a portion of the substrate that was disposed below the removed portion of the first channel region.

  • Patent number: 11935804
Abstract: In an embodiment, a device includes: an integrated circuit die; an encapsulant at least partially surrounding the integrated circuit die, the encapsulant including fillers having an average diameter; a through via extending through the encapsulant, the through via having a lower portion of a constant width and an upper portion of a continuously decreasing width, a thickness of the upper portion being greater than the average diameter of the fillers; and a redistribution structure including: a dielectric layer on the through via, the encapsulant, and the integrated circuit die; and a metallization pattern having a via portion extending through the dielectric layer and a line portion extending along the dielectric layer, the metallization pattern being electrically coupled to the through via and the integrated circuit die.

  • Publication number: 20170036405
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an imitation wood and is featured by adjusting the temperature of a discharge outlet before or during conveyance of thermoplastic elastomers in a helical section of a screw extruder to be lower than the temperature of a tail end of the helical section, such that the viscosity of the thermoplastic elastomers in the discharge outlet increases and the flow velocity reduces at the outlet during the discharge process at the discharge outlet. Thus, the thermoplastic elastomers flow in a direction opposite to the discharge direction and rub, resulting in marks of back-flow and rubbing. During the process of back-flow and rubbing, the plastics will be pulled and break along the rubber elastomers and become filament-like, thereby generating filaments similar to wood.

  • Patent number: 7614664
Abstract: A fast-connecting joint for corrugated pipes includes a main body and an engaging member. The main body has a through hole for liquid to flow through, and an inner recessed annular wall provided with an annular slope close to one end of the main body. The engaging member possesses an outer annular wall, and plural flexible curved petals extending outward around one end of the outer annular wall and respectively having a projection on their outer surface. In assembly, the engaging member is inserted in the through hole of the main body, with the projections of the engaging member correspondingly fitted against the inner recessed annular wall. In use, a corrugated pipe can be quickly fastened with the fast-connecting joint tightly when it is inserted into the engaging member to keep its annular groove blocked by the curved petals.

  • Patent number: 7490865
Abstract: A quick connector includes a body, a restricting ring and a constrictor. The body has a central through hole for liquid to flow through, a constrictor groove in the central through hole for an O-shaped ring and the constrictor to fit therein, and plural petals on an upper end. The restricting ring has a center hole, an inner circumference and an outer circumference, with an annular wall defined between the inner and the outer circumference. Plural holes are formed in the annular wall, so the petals of the body fit in the holes of the restricting ring to combine with the body. The inner surface of the inner circumference is sloped to restrict the movement of the constrictor. The constrictor has plural elastic petals, which have an inner clamp surface for closely clamping the surface of a plastic tube, and a pointed end for catching or loosening the plastic tube.
