  • Patent number: 10811115
Abstract: A test method for testing a built-in memory in a computer device includes the following operations. The built-in memory is tested by a test function of a basic input/output system (BIOS) in the computer device to create a data file. An analysis application is performed by a test device to analyze the data file. According to analyzing the data file, an abnormal memory chip is determined whether to exist in the built-in memory. The data file includes test data of memory chips in the built-in memory.

  • Patent number: 9856285
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of harnessing versatile phosphoramidation reactions to regioselectively link a group of alkynyl-/azido-containing compounds to post-synthetic nucleic acids primed with phosphate at the 5? termini. The method includes steps of: (a) monophosphoramidating H2N(CH2)nNH2 to the 5? end of the nucleic acid to form an intermediate 1 where n is an integer from 2 to 6, and the intermediate 1 has a formula of: (b) amidating the free —NH2 group of the intermediate 1 with to form an intermediate 2; and (c) reacting the terminal —N3 group of the intermediate 2 with 1-{3-{[4-(2-cyclooctyn-1-ylmethyl)benzoyl]amino}propyl}-4-{2-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethenyl}pyridinium hexafluorophosphate (Alkyne MegaStokes dye 608) by the SPAAC reaction to form modified nucleic acids. Without the presence of Cu(I), the modified nucleic acids were subjected to azide-alkyne cycloaddition in an aqueous solution to obtain various nucleic acid conjugates with a high yield.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of harnessing versatile phosphoramidation reactions to regioselectively incorporate alkynyl/azido groups into post-synthetic nucleic acids primed with phosphate at the 5? termini. With and without the presence of copper, the modified nucleic acids were subjected to azide-alkyne cycloaddition to obtain various nucleic acid conjugates including a peptide-oligonucleotide conjugate (POC) with a high yield.

  • Publication number: 20160152656
Abstract: Methods are provided to label nucleic acids through two-step phosphoramidation reactions with regiospecificity and high sensitivity. The methods can be widely used for synthesizing conjugates of nucleic acids. Through the two-step phosphoramidation reactions, nucleic acids are directly or indirectly labeled for easier and more efficient applications. The present invention also uses fluorescence quenching and DNA melting profile studies to demonstrate that the nucleic acids modified through the two-step phosphoramidation reactions preserve intrinsic base-pairing specificity and bestow regioselectivity in nucleic acids with high yield. Thus, the present invention has significant contribution to basic nucleic acid research; and, in the future, can be applied to effectively and quantitatively detect and measure nucleic acids inside and outside living organisms.

  • Publication number: 20080090689
Abstract: A clutch consists of transmission gears, pistons, a switch on each piston, and a passive gear; the transmission gears are fitted on a fly wheel; each piston is pivoted to an inner side of a clutch cover at a fixed end, and pivoted to a respective transmission gear at a moving end; the switches are provided for changing valves of the pistons between closed and open states, and have resilience so that they will return to closed position automatically when external force moving them to open position disappears; the passive gear is joined to a clutch shaft and engaged with the transmission gears; when the piston valves are in closed state, the piston moving ends will be immobilized to fix the transmission gears; therefore, the transmission gears will cause rotation of the passive gear and the clutch shaft when the fly wheel is rotating.
