The second optical module is configured to receive the first light moving in the second moving direction. The first light reaches the third optical module via the first optical module and the second optical module in sequence.     Abstract: Disclosed are an isolation structure of a photoresist stripper, a TFT array, and preparation methods thereof. The isolation structure includes a protective layer and a hardened layer arranged on the protective layer. The hardened layer is formed by plasma bombarding the protective layer with gas(es) and is configured to insulate the photoresist stripper. By forming the hardened layer on the surface of the protective layer including the organic planar layer, the hardened layer can prevent chemical agents (such as photoresist stripper) adopted in the subsequent process from getting into the protective layer, so as to keep the photoresist stripper from the protective layer, protecting the protective layer.

The rotating device is configured to be applied with a magnetic field in a second direction, and provided with a second inlet and a second outlet which are communicated with the magnetic field. The second inlet is aligned with the first outlet. In addition, the disclosure also provides a mass transfer method for a semiconductor element.

The antenna detects an electromagnetic signal in surrounding space and receives a signal with a first central frequency according to the detection result. The receiver receives the signal based on the detection result of the antenna. The transmitter outputs a radio-frequency signal. A third connection terminal of the switch connector provides a connective path to an expansion antenna. According to the coupling condition of the third connection terminal, the switch connector delivers the radio-frequency signal to its second connection terminal or third connection terminal. Thus, the radio-frequency signal with a second central frequency is transmitted to surrounding space through the antenna or the expansion antenna, wherein the second central frequency and the first central frequency are both in a specific band.

The displaying unit further detects whether decoding of a next macroblock of the non-reference picture is completed when displaying a current macroblock. If decoding of the next macroblock is completed, the displaying unit displays the next macroblock of the non-reference picture. If decoding of the next macroblock is not completed, and the displaying unit displays the corresponding macroblock of the reference picture.
