The first substrate and the second substrate are disposed oppositely along a first direction. The touch panel is disposed over the display panel along the first direction. The optical film is disposed between the second substrate and the touch panel along the first direction. The adhesive layer is disposed on the outside of the optical film and adheres to the second substrate and the touch panel. A touch display device and a display device are also disclosed.
