  • Publication number: 20240097067
Abstract: A manufacturing method of an electronic element module is provided. The method includes: disposing a plurality of first micro-light-emitting diodes on a first temporary substrate; and replacing at least one defective micro-light-emitting diode of the first micro-light-emitting diodes with at least one second micro-light-emitting diode. The first micro-light-emitting diodes and at least one second micro-light-emitting diode are distributed on the first temporary substrate. The first micro-light-emitting diodes and at least one second micro-light-emitting diode have same properties, and at least one of the appearance difference, the height difference and the orientation difference exists between the first micro-light-emitting diodes and at least one second micro-light-emitting diode. A semiconductor structure and a display panel are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240072210
Abstract: A micro light emitting diode structure including an epitaxial structure, a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer is provided. The epitaxial structure includes a first type semiconductor layer, a light emitting layer and a second type semiconductor layer. The first type semiconductor layer, the light emitting layer and a first portion of the second type semiconductor layer form a mesa. A second portion of the second type semiconductor layer is recessed relative the mesa to form a mesa surface. The first insulating layer covers from a top surface of the mesa to the mesa surface along a first side surface of the mesa, and exposes the second side surface. The second insulating layer directly covers a second side surface of the second portion, wherein a thickness ratio of the first insulating layer to the second insulating layer is between 10 and 50.

  • Patent number: 10403479
Abstract: A field emission enhanced handheld atmospheric pressure plasma generator includes: a main body having a positioning slot, a receiving slot and a gas inlet; a cathode body having a first part positioned in the positioning slot; an anode frame and a positioning member both accommodated within the receiving slot; and a cover having a plasma channel and covering the main body. One or each of two sidewalls of the anode frame and the cathode body facing each other has a nanocarbon material layer. A second part of the cathode body passes through the anode frame, is positioned and fixed by the positioning slot and is separated from the anode frame by a gap. The anode frame and the cathode body receive radio frequency power to make a gas, which enters the receiving slot from the gas inlet and passes through the gap, become plasma outputted from the plasma channel.

  • Patent number: 6922793
Abstract: A method for recovering from malfunctions in a primary agent module of a modular network device. The primary agent module is installed in a modular network device having a number of network interface modules housed in a chassis. A backup agent module is installed in the chassis when the modular network device is powered on. The backup agent module determines if the primary agent module has been installed when three dedicated signals of the primary agent module are asserted. The network device then synchronizes all configuration information of the network interface modules from the primary to the backup agent module. The backup agent module detects that the primary agent module has failed if it cannot receive a message sent from the primary agent module within a predetermined time interval. As a result, the modular network device is rebooted and the backup agent module becomes the primary agent module.
