  • Publication number: 20200083606
Abstract: An antenna device and a printed circuit board are provided. The antenna device is adapted to transmit or receive a signal, and the antenna device includes an antenna dielectric layer, an antenna pattern, and a ground metal layer. The antenna dielectric layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, wherein a thickness of the antenna dielectric layer is n/4 times a wavelength of the signal, and n is an odd number. The antenna pattern is disposed on the first surface of the antenna dielectric layer. The ground metal layer is disposed on the second surface of the antenna dielectric layer and fully covers the second surface of the antenna dielectric layer.

  • Patent number: 7236141
Abstract: An antenna system includes interconnected first, second and third saw-like antenna units, each of which is formed by a plurality of metal strips of specific width. An adjacent two of the first metal strips define a first acute angle therebetween. An adjacent two of the second metal strips define a second acute angle smaller than the first acute angle. An adjacent two of the third metal strips define the third acute angle the same as the first acute angle. The second metal strips of the second antenna unit are located densely in such a manner to provide an electromagnetic induction to achieve a second frequency band different from that provided by the first and third antenna units.

  • Patent number: 6570542
Abstract: An integrated dual-directional feed horn, for receiving RF signals from two satellites in small angle, includes a LNBF (first low noise block with integrated feed) and a second LNBF. The antenna dish focus the received RF signals onto receipt points of the focus plane, and the two LNBFs receive focused RF signals. The first LNBF receives circular polarized waves from the BSS satellite. The second LNBF receives linear polarized waves from the FSS satellite. One characteristic of the invention relies on integrating two LNBFs and making the two LNBFs adjacent to each other in the direction of short axis. Accordingly, the two LNBFs receive RF signals from two satellites in small angle. Increasing the length of the long axis thereof increases the areas of the wave-guides. The signal gain and communication quality are obtained.

  • Patent number: 6492954
Abstract: A multi-wave-reflector antenna dish simultaneously receives signals from different satellites. The antenna dish comprises a reflector with a superquadric projected aperture and a plurality of LNBF modules. The reflector is formed through process including, projecting the superquadric on the paraboloid, projected aperture cutting and surface distortion of the aperture based on the generalized diffraction synthesis technique. In addition to reflecting signals from satellites, it also generates focusing waves sharing similar radiation patterns and horizontal gain with incoming waves on the focal plane, finally to be received by the LNBF modules.
