  • Publication number: 20070030161
Abstract: A communications system and method capable of generating wireless signals according to the status of an electric appliance incorporates an intelligent communications device. The communications system transmits radio signals to a first user when an electric appliance reaches a dangerous state until receiving an acknowledgement signal from the first user. If no acknowledgement signal is received within a predetermined time, the communications system transmits radio signals to a second user until receiving an acknowledgement signal from the second user to prevent possible accident caused by the electric appliance.

  • Publication number: 20050113131
Abstract: A Bluetooth earphone device for measuring body temperature is provided. The body temperature value measured by the Bluetooth earphone device is transmitted to a database where the body temperature value can be stored. After having measuring a body temperature according to a start command issued by a local Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth earphone transmits the body temperature value back to the local Bluetooth device to be stored therein. The local Bluetooth device can transmit the data to a database to facilitate central management of data. The Bluetooth earphone device includes a temperature sensor, a display and a Bluetooth module. The Bluetooth module includes a micro-controller and a memory. When a user wears the Bluetooth earphone device, the temperature sensor produces a body temperature signal according to the user's body temperature. The body temperature signal is used to calculate the body temperature value corresponding to the user's body temperature.
