Abstract: Eye exerciser (100) provides better exercising efficiency because of achieving more focus, consistency and preciseness and provision of controlled movement and selected movement. The eye exerciser (100) includes an object (10) and a movement mechanism (20). The movement mechanism (20) is configurable to direct controlled movement to the object (10) such that the object (10) attains at least one selected movement. The selected movement of object (10) is selected from the group consisting of: rotational, revolutionary, simultaneous rotational and revolutionary, vertical, horizontal and oscillation movements. The best method is providing simultaneous rotational movement and revolutionary movement of object (10) which provides left to right, right to left, up to down, down to up, clockwise, counter clockwise, near and far movements of the eye or eyes (12) of the user (11) and thus relieve eye strain.

Methods directed to using the composition are also disclosed. A composition that cleans and also reduces the defects present on the external surface of containers during a wash cycle is disclosed. The composition may or may not have metallic salts.
