  • Patent number: 10917365
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a messaging platform and a method of enabling auditable transmission of messages from a sender application server to a recipient application server for delivery to end users. The messaging platform comprises a distributed ledger and at least a communication unit coupled with the distributed ledger. The sender application server comprises a first communication node hosted therein to transmit messages to the communication unit as a part of first transaction and record the first transaction on the distributed ledger. The communication unit retrieves and pushes the messages to the second communication node as a part of second transaction and record the transaction on the distributed ledger. The second communication node hosted at the recipient application server, retrieve the messages as a part of third transaction and record the third transaction in the distributed ledger, thereby enabling traceability and transparency of the message flow during the message transmission.

  • Publication number: 20210007070
Abstract: Auto-recovery from RF signal acquisition failure may be provided in a portable computing device. A field-calculated frequency-temperature (“FT”) curve is used to apply temperature compensation to a crystal oscillator associated with RF transceiver circuity of the device. In response to acquisition failure, it may be determined whether a deviation between the field-calculated FT curve and a factory-set FT curve exceeds threshold criteria. In response to acquisition success, the field-calculated FT curve may be refined based on frequency error information. However, in response to acquisition failure and a determination that the deviation exceeds the threshold criteria, information defining the field-calculated FT curve may be replaced with information defining the factory-set FT curve.

  • Patent number: 10860836
Abstract: Techniques are generally described for object detection in image data. First image data comprising a first plurality of pixel values representing an object and a second plurality of pixel values representing a background may be received. First foreground image data and first background image data may be generated from the first image data. A first feature vector representing the first plurality of pixel values may be generated. A second feature vector representing a first plurality of pixel values of second background image data may be generated. A first machine learning model may determine a first operation to perform on the first foreground image data. A transformed representation of the first foreground image data may be generated by performing the first operation on the first foreground image data. Composite image data may be generated by compositing the transformed representation of the first foreground image data with the second background image data.

  • Publication number: 20200142818
Abstract: A method, a system and a computer program product for regression test selection in a multi-threaded distributed target program execution tested by multi-threaded test suites. The method includes monitoring changes to source code of the target program in real-time to determine changed code-modules and extracting the regression test cases which simulate the changed code-modules. A calibration engine according to an embodiment isolates test case execution flow at individual test case level and builds relationship between the test case of the multi-threaded test suite and the distributed target program code-modules simulated by the test case. The method enhances the run-time behavior of the target program execution engines and builds relationships between the threads executing in the engine through throttling mechanism without affecting the actual functional execution. It enables calibration to happen in a multi-threaded test environment.

  • Patent number: 10630568
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for rewriting or adjusting a TCP timestamp value are described. The methodology includes determining network conditions of a wireless network, and establishing a transmission control protocol (TCP) connection between a first communication device and a second communication device via the wireless network. The timestamp value within a TCP packet to be transmitted, such as as a TCP SYN ACK packet in a 3-way handshake, is adjusted with the use of a timestamp adjusting circuitry or hardware, where the adjustment is based on the determined network conditions. By adjusting the timestamp of a TCP packet prior to transmission and based on network conditions, unnecessary retransmissions are reduced. Additionally, the use of timestamp adjusting hardware allows for more efficient timestamp adjustment by offloading processor computations.
