  • Patent number: 11643235
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a deep-drawing apparatus for deep-drawing a continuously fed film web, an associated packaging machine, and a corresponding method. A cyclically sequenced forming station, which runs along from a start position to an end position and runs back from there to the start position is provided, wherein individual format plates are sequentially firstly connected up to a forming vacuum device and then with a following holding vacuum channel. The forming vacuum device is part of the cyclically moved forming station. The holding vacuum channel includes two interlocking telescopic channel portions, a first telescopic channel portion being part of the cyclically moved forming station, and a second telescopic channel portion being mounted statically relative to the fixed machine frame.

  • Patent number: 11186029
Abstract: A deep-drawing apparatus includes an arrangement of die plates, wherein each die plate has a plurality of frame vacuum holes and at least one female die having at least one die vacuum hole. At least one vacuum channel connects a vacuum source to the die vacuum hole of the female die and to the frame vacuum holes of the die plate. The deep-drawing apparatus includes for each die plate a closing device for closing and opening the vacuum channel. The die plate is fed a single foil sheet. The closing device opens the connecting channel at the corresponding die plate and the foil sheet is laid onto the die plate. Thereafter, the foil is held on the frame vacuum holes by a holding vacuum and is deep-drawn by a deep-drawing vacuum at the die vacuum holes in the female die. A method for the deep-drawing of foil is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20180134431
Abstract: A packaging includes a base foil and a cover foil, the base foil and/or the cover foil being formed from a water-soluble foil web. The apparatus includes a liquid supply for a water-containing liquid, at least one moistening unit, and a pressing device. The moistening unit is formed as a spraying device for contactlessly spraying the liquid onto the foil web and is positioned at a distance (a) from the foil web. The spraying device includes an electromechanical spraying system with a row of outlet nozzles for spraying the liquid onto the foil web. The water-soluble foil web is supplied to the sealing apparatus. A water-containing liquid is sprayed onto the foil web via the spraying device. The cover foil is led onto the base foil and is pressed and sealed together therewith, in the state in which they are wetted with the liquid, via a pressing device.

  • Patent number: 9156572
Abstract: A sealing device for sealing container bowls with a heat sealing film has several sealing heads each correlated with one container receptacle. The sealing heads are movable in a sealing stroke direction relative to the container receptacles that are connected fixedly to each other. The sealing heads are forced with pretension into a rest position by spring elements in the sealing stroke direction against a stop, each sealing head having one stop associated therewith. For simultaneous sealing of the heat sealing film onto the several container bowls, a spring support, on which the spring elements are jointly secured, is moved together with the sealing heads so far in the sealing stroke direction relative to the container receptacles that the sealing heads upon impacting on the container receptacles correlated therewith, with interposition of the container bowls and the heat sealing film, are lifted off their stops against the pretension.
