Abstract: A switchgear cubicle with a frame having individual framing sections and/or framing sections folded against cladding components, the open sides of which are covered or can be closed off by cladding components and a door. The framing sections and the cladding components are painted and the framing sections have at least one row of square or rectangular securing apertures on one side directed perpendicularly to the facing cladding component. An electrical connection between the cladding component and the frames is accomplished with U-shaped spring components which are secured in an aperture, supported on the components to be interconnected by spring-loaded claws and penetrate the paint coatings.

A side of the switchgear cabinet can be closed by an angle door element or by two superimposed door elements, a type of rabbet being optional, as a result of connection elements being mounted in pairs on vertical frame legs and aligned on a horizontal center plane in conjunction with suitably aligned closing and hinge elements.

Abstract: A device for fitting a front frame to an open front of a housing having wall components. The wall components and frame shanks of the front frame have mutually matching connecting components making it possible to connect the sections together simply and rapidly. Free corners are filled by specially shaped corner pieces to provide a closed front frame.

Abstract: The invention relates to a catch for a door, especially a switchboard door, with a lock plate which can be secured to the door and bears a door lock and a bolt cover guided adjustably on the lock plate which can be secured in a position covering the door lock by means of a cover lock. Complete sealing with substantially increased security against unauthorized access to the door lock is attained in that the door lock takes the form of a casement lock and the cover lock that of a cylinder lock, a partial cover is secured to the lock plate which overlaps with the bolt cover in the locked position at the contact point and forms a sealed lock cover, and a cover for the cylinder lock is rotatably fitted on the bolt cover.

Abstract: A process for the erection of a switch cabinet and installation of components therein in which portions of the framework of the switch cabinet are assembled to form a partial frame structure. Thereafter, the services are installed and wired within the partial frame structure. The assembly of the framework is then completed and the walls and doors secured thereto so as to form an enclosed switch cabinet with the services installed inside.

The frame pieces form only a frame support. At least a portion of the frame pieces are rigidly or detachably connected to a plurality of mounting rails which extend over at least a portion of the length of a corresponding frame piece, and along with the two profile sides having rows of fastening holes, form portions of internal edges.

Abstract: A hinge comprising two hinge parts rotatably connected to each other by support walls, on each of which a support arm of a suspension device for a control device or the like is disposed. The hinge axis extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support arms. Simplified assembly of the hinge and the simple installation of cables or the like is achieved where the hinge parts, which respectively are at right angles to each other, have a support arm fastening wall and a support wall, both of which are provided with a cable passage. The support arm fastening wall and the support wall of one hinge part are connected to each other in one piece by lateral walls which terminate even with the free end of the support arm fastening wall and the free end of the support wall and form an assembly chamber behind the support arm fastening wall and the support wall which is accessible through an opening.

Abstract: A support arm for a control device and the like, the hollow profiled walls of which enclose an installation conduit for receiving cables or the like. The support arm, having a simple geometry and great rigidity, comprises a plurality of screw channels which project inwardly and extend in a longitudinal direction of the profiled section and are formed in the installation conduit. The profiled section comprises two lateral walls which are positioned parallel to each other at a distance and are connected at their ends by semicircular connecting elements in the shape of an oval. The screw channels divide the installation conduit into chambers which are spatially connected to each other.

Abstract: A rotary coupling for connecting a control device housing to a support arm or an elbow of a support arm system, having a rotating ring fixedly connected to the control device housing and partially rotatable in relation to a coupling piece which is connected to the support arm or the elbow. For equalization of tolerances caused by insufficient twist rigidity of the support arm system, the invention provides that the coupling piece forms a peripheral bearing ring which is convexly arched outwardly and is received in and supported by two shell rings. The shell rings are connected to each other and have concavely arched bearing surfaces. The shell rings are rigidly mounted on the bearing ring of the coupling piece by a clamping cheek. The rotating ring is rotatably maintained on the shell rings by a support ring which is connected to the shell rings.

Abstract: A bracket for a suspension system for control units, control panels and the like, including a support body portion, having a substantially U-shaped base profile portion that is subdivided, by means of a separation rib extending parallel to its rib, into a closed supporting part and an open, U-shaped receiving part remote from the rib, in which continuous, longitudinally oriented screw receptacles are formed on the support part and the receiving part. To improve the torsional rigidity of the bracket and the entire suspension arrangement, the support part is stiffened in the longitudinal direction of the support body portion by means of two continuous diagonal ribs, which are joined together in the middle, and the screw receptacles of the support part are constructed in the corner regions that the diagonal ribs form with the base profile section.

Abstract: The invention relates to a control cabinet with a cabinet door in which a cutout has been provided, which cutout is enclosed by a cover. To obtain more space for additional assemblies in the area of the cutout of the cabinet door, the invention comprises a frame connected to a trough-like insert placed in the cutout of the cabinet door. The frame has a connecting section on the outside of the cabinet door which covers the edge area of the cabinet door adjoining the cutout and connects to a U-shaped closure frame which is open in the direction of the cabinet door. A cover is pivotally seated in the area of the lower horizontal edge of the insert, and can be brought into and maintained in a horiziontal position by means of cover hinges or cover stops. The cover can be fastened by means of a closure element in a closed position which covers the open end of the insert.

Abstract: A control console having a pedestal, console part and top. The front or back of the pedestal can be closed with a door. The console part is positioned on top of the pedestal and extends beyond the front of the pedestal. The top is positioned on the console part. The portion of the console part extending beyond the top can be closed with a hinged lid and the front of the top can be closed with a door or hinged lid. The installation depth of the top is increased by the back of the top being closed by an overhanging cover. The bottom and top of the cover are inclined with respect to each other and the side walls of the cover end flush with the facing vertical side walls of the top.
