  • Patent number: 9318929
Abstract: An electric machine has a stator which carries a polyphase coil winding, wherein coil ends are connected in a predetermined manner to a plurality of electric connection conductors. The electric machine comprises a power connection unit having a plurality of terminal conductors which are constructed separate from the connection conductors and which by a first end portion are bondingly connected or connectable to the connection conductors and by a second end portion are connected or connectable to the electrical energy source. The power connection unit is constructed as a plastic composite element, in which the terminal conductors are embedded at least over a portion of their length in a plastic shell so as to be spaced apart from one another, and wherein first end portions of the terminal conductors project out of the plastic shell.

  • Patent number: 7598637
Abstract: A stator for an electrical machine includes a ring-shaped stator yoke with a number of stator coils arranged thereon. The conductor ends of the coils are designed to be connected to a wiring arrangement, where the wiring arrangement has linking conductors, which are arranged concentrically to each other, are insulated electrically against each other, and have terminal elements to form electrical contact areas by which they are connected to the ends of the stator coils. The ends of the coils be connected to the linking conductors by separate terminal elements which have a first contact area for establishing a connection with the linking conductor and a second contact area for establishing a connection with at least one coil end.

  • Publication number: 20080113846
Abstract: A combination drive unit including an internal combustion engine and an electric machine, where the internal combustion engine includes a housing with a crankshaft supported therein; where the electric machine includes a rotor with a rotor shaft, the rotor being supported rotatably on a stationary component, and a stator, which is mounted radially with respect to the rotor. The crankshaft is in working connection with the rotor shaft at least indirectly and at least temporarily by way of a coupling. For the event that the crankshaft and the rotor shaft are offset from each other, the unit has separate first and second compensating devices, so that the wobbling forces which occur during operation of the unit can be absorbed.

  • Publication number: 20080023287
Abstract: A drive arrangement for a hybrid vehicle includes an internal combustion engine with a takeoff shaft; an electrical machine with a rotor and a stator; a first and a second clutch, each with an input part and an output part; and a housing, which surrounds at least the clutches and the electrical machine. The input part of the first clutch is in working connection with the takeoff shaft of the internal combustion engine, and the output part of the second clutch can be connected to the drive wheels of the vehicle. A torque-transmitting device for transmitting a torque is installed between the output part of the first clutch and the input part of the second clutch, where the housing has an intermediate housing wall, on which the rotor of the electrical machine is at least indirectly supported, and where the rotor of the electrical machine is or can be connected nonrotatably to the torque-transmitting device.
