  • Patent number: 7802602
Abstract: The invention concerns a labelling device (1) comprising a conveying device (3) provided with a drive unit (14) for transporting a supporting band (7) having a plurality of labels, and a dispensing device (2). The supporting band (7) comprising labels (6) is unwound on a label roll (9), then, once the labels are removed from the supporting band (7), the latter (7) is wound on a supporting band roll (10). The conveying device (3) has two roll units (8, 12) for the label roll (8) and the supporting band roll (10), said roll units capable of being driven each in different rotational directions. The transporting direction of the supporting band (7) may be reversed by inversion of the driving direction of the drive unit (14) for labelling containers (19) in two different labelling directions (X1, X2). The roll units (8, 12) are identically shaped.

  • Patent number: 7637052
Abstract: The invention proposes a potting machine (1) for potting flowerpots (2), with a conveying device (3) comprising a plurality of pot retainers (4) for a respective flowerpot (2), and with a housing ring (5) surrounding the conveying device (3). To enable the flowerpots to be labeled in a simple manner even during the potting operation, the potting machine (1) comprises a labeling device (11) which is provided with a dispensing tongue (12) for stripping off labels (13) and applying them to the flowerpots (2). The labeling device (11) is connected to a positioning device (22) comprising a joint (23) and having a positioning arm (24) for pivoting the labeling device (11) and positioning the dispensing tongue (12) against the flowerpots (2).

The supporting band (7) comprising labels (6) is unwound on a label roll (9), then, once the labels are removed from the supporting band (7), the latter (7) is wound on a supporting band roll (1O). • Publication number: 20060260495
Abstract: A de-stacking device (1) for at least partially de-stacking a stack (2) of containers (3) which are stacked inside each other, preferably stacked plant pots, comprising an upper holding arm (4) used to hold the stack (2), at least one lower holding arm (5) which is at least used to hold the container (8) that is to be marked, and preferably comprising at least one separating arm (6) which is located between the upper and lower holding arms (4,5) and which is used to separate a container (8) which is to be marked from the stack (2). According to the invention, a marker device (7) which is connected to the de-stacking device (1) is provided in order to mark an at least partially de-stacked container (8) and the marker device (7) is directly connected to the de-stacking device (1), forming a common unit, in order to further develop said de-stacking device (1).

  • Patent number: 6578475
Abstract: A method and device for labeling or printing stackable flowerpots (2), wherein the flowerpots (2) are fed to a magazine feed device (3) so that a stack (4a) of flowerpots (2) to be labeled or printed is formed in the magazine feed device (3), wherein the stack (4a) of flowerpots to be labeled or printed is at least partially separated into individual flowerpots (2) and the flowerpot (2) located in the at least partially unstacked position is labeled or printed, after which, the labeled or printed flowerpot (2) is fed to a stack (4b) of labeled or printed flowerpots (2). The direction of conveyance (F) and the direction (S) of the stack of the flowerpots (2) are substantially identical immediately before and after labeling or printing and wherein the stack (4b) of labeled or printed flowerpots (2) are moved out in a substantially continuous manner by means of an evacuation device (8), thereby enabling a simple, fast method for rapidly labeling or printing flowerpots (2).
