    Abstract: A device and related method for reducing fatty deposits in the human body. The device comprises a cooling panel adapted to be placed on a portion of the human body. The panel has at least one fluid conducting passage through which a coolant is flowed. In this manner, a part of the body is cooled thereby causing the body to consume fatty deposits to make up for heat loss.
