  • Patent number: 11006506
Abstract: The invention relates to a bus node, which can be connected to a building services bus, which bus node comprises a supply unit and a control unit, wherein the supply unit is designed to output a measurement current onto the building services bus, and wherein the control unit is designed to sense and evaluate a bus current on the building services bus and, on the basis of the evaluation, to determine whether an operating current is output onto the building services bus by the supply unit.

  • Patent number: 10143064
Abstract: The invention relates to a modular LED lighting unit, comprising a first module (1) to which an AC supply voltage (9) can be supplied and which comprises: a second sub-module (B), at the output of which a DC supply voltage (5) is provided which is galvanically isolated from the AC supply voltage (9), and a control unit (G), further comprising a second module (2) which comprises a further sub-module (C) supplied with the DC supply voltage (5) of the first module (1), in particular a pulsed constant current source, which is controlled by a control unit (E) of the second module (2), an LED module (F) which has at least one LED range (8) and is supplied by the further sub-module (C), inn particular a constant current source, and an emergency light operating circuit which is connected to a rechargeable energy store (ES); and takes over powering the modular LED lighting unit in the event of failure of the AC supply voltage (9).

  • Patent number: 9507355
Abstract: The invention relates to an LED illumination system (BA), with at least one lighting means, the lighting means being controlled by at least one operating device (1, 1?, 1? . . . ) according to commands of a central control unit (12), the operating devices (1, 1?, 1? . . . ) being supplied with a voltage by the central control unit (12), and the operating devices (1, 1?, 1? . . . ) having an address (A), the address (A) to be assigned to the operating device (1, 1?, 1? . . . ) is associated on the basis of a temporally defined load behavior of the operating device (1, 1?, 1? . . . ).

  • Patent number: 9433041
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for activating at least one LED, which is supplied with a direct current voltage or a rectified alternating current voltage and which by means of a coil (L1) and a first switch (S1) clocked by a control/regulating unit (SR) provides a supply voltage for at least one LED, wherein when the first switch (S1) is switched on the coil (L1) temporarily stores energy that discharges via a diode (D1) and at least one LED when the first switch (S1) is switched off and wherein the control unit (SR) activates the first switch (S1) by means of a dimming signal. Said method is characterized in that the dimming signal is generated by externally combining a low-frequency signal and a high-frequency signal, wherein the pulse width (TON*LF) of the low-frequency signal is selected as an integral multiple of the cycle duration of the high-frequency signal.
