Then, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber components, ethylene thiourea is added in an amount of 0.1 to 3.0 parts by mass and dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide is added in an amount of 0.1 to 3.0 parts by mass, thereby preparing the chloroprene rubber composition.
