    Abstract: An image printing apparatus includes a lottery drawing unit that draws a lottery on the basis of data included in image data to be printed; a maximum-number determining unit that determines whether the number of winners drawn by the lottery drawing unit is less than or equal to a maximum number of winners indicated by data; a storage unit that stores a frame in accordance with a lottery result obtained by the lottery drawing unit; and a printing unit that prints the image data and the frame in a superimposed manner. When the number of winners is determined to be less than or equal to the maximum number of winners, the lottery drawing unit draws a lottery on the basis of data included in image data to be printed. The printing unit prints the image data and the frame in accordance with a lottery result in a superimposed manner.
