  • Patent number: 8410201
Abstract: The present invention refers a procedure for preparation of a reflective and oxide inhibiting coating consists of adding hard water, a series of compounds such as titanium dioxide, calcium hydroxide at 95%, an acrylic polymer, hydroxy methyl cellulose, sodium hexametaphosphate at 10% y monoethylen glycol, maintaining specific conditions of pH and viscosity during process. The resulting coating of this process, presents highly adhesive actions, as well as a high level of reflection to solar rays, which place it as a oxide inhibitor, that no require previous sealed when it is applied to steel and/or galvanize surfaces.

  • Patent number: 8242200
Abstract: A process is described in which, through the combination of certain components, a thermal insulated coating paint is obtained having the properties of flexibility and lightness (low density) in a film of low thickness. This coating paint offers better thermal insulation properties with a low thickness film than other insulators having greater thickness, without requiring any additional protection. These properties are provided due to the internal structure of the coating paint wherein internal caverns are formed by the reaction of ramified chain polymers and additional materials. These characteristics are not present in traditional coating paints.

  • Patent number: 8211961
Abstract: The present invention refers to a procedure for preparation of a thermal insulation and waterproof coating, as well as its composition, obtained by combination of some components and the preparation of spherical particles internally dismembered highly flexible, attenuated in water, flexible branched chain polymer modified with acrylic, in a titanium dioxide presence. With these elements and its balance is obtained a product high grade of adhesion over several substrates not requiring previous sealing with high properties when used as waterproof coating. Likewise, it differ of traditional coatings, the internally dismembered particles, which contain a % of humidity, are appropriate for the formation of links and connections necessaries for the formation of a monolithic flexible film to make an waterproof coating application in one step, moreover getting a coating with thermal insulation properties, highly flexible and low specific weight (low density).

  • Publication number: 20080289540
Abstract: The invention involves a procedure in which by the combination of certain components, a thermal, flexible and light coating paint is obtained. This paint offers insulation properties with a low film thickness. This coating paint offers better insulation properties than other insulators with a higher thickness while not requiring any additional protection. These properties are due to the internal structure of the coating paint in which internal caverns are formed by the reaction of ramified chain polymers, addition of materials, and a balance of certain elements. These characteristics are impossible to get in traditional coating paints.
