  • Patent number: 8839781
Abstract: A panoramic oven door which has a counter door structure which comprises a first outer section of counter door in the shape of a substantially rectangular structural frame, which has a support groove surrounding its inner perimeter border; a second inner section of counter door in the shape of a substantially rectangular structural frame, which has a coupling flange surrounding its outer perimeter border; wherein said first and second sections of counter door are coupled between each other by means of a plurality of coinciding supports or brackets formed over the same and joined by means of fastening elements; in such a way that said coupling flange of the second inner section of the counter door is made to coincide within the support groove formed in the first outer section of the counter door; and wherein additionally, an isolating thermal seal made of fiber glass thread woven in the shape of a flat hose is interposed between said coupling flange and said support groove once coupled, to avoid direct contact

  • Patent number: 7429211
Abstract: An improved fish scaler has a bottom surface to which are affixed a plurality of downward facing scraping points, a handle attached to the bottom surface, and a protective shield extending radially outwardly from the bottom surface beyond the outermost of the scraping points such that, when the fish is grasped for scaling, the protective shield will come into contact with the grasping hand before the protruding points contact the hand, thereby avoiding injury to the hand.

  • Patent number: 5983824
Abstract: The present invention overcomes the drawbacks associated with earlier top designs by providing a rigid frame at a sufficient height above the boat to permit persons to move about comfortably beneath it. A flexible cover is suspended from the frame and is held taut by the frame. The flexible cover is attached to the frame with sliding connectors. The cover may be moved between an open position and a closed position by sliding one end along the frame. In the "open" position, the cover is folded back in accordion folds against one end of the frame. When slid "closed," the cover occupies nearly the entire surface within the perimeter of the frame. As the flexible cover is suspended between opposing frame members, it will remain taut and free from flapping even when the boat is traveling at high speed.
