Publication number: 20130082018Abstract: A support frame to be laid on a pair of cross-members of a shelf having at least two U-profile bars and C-profile bars extending transverse thereto and having flanges connected to the center webs of the U-profile bars. The space between the U-profile bars of the support frame is so dimensioned that the U-profile bars of the support frame just fit between the two cross-members of the storage shelf. The center webs of the C-profile bars are perforated, wherein at least some of the holes have rims protruding from the surface of the C-profile bars facing away from the U-profile bars.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 7, 2011Publication date: April 4, 2013Applicant: TEGOMETALL INTERNATIONAL AGInventor: Ulrich Bohnacker

Publication number: 20090308290Abstract: A shelf includes a bearing region and a supporting region connected to and extending parallel to the bearing region. The supporting region includes a supporting profile. The supporting profile has a first leg extending substantially parallel to the bearing region. The first leg includes at least two parallel sections. The supporting profile also includes a second leg extending from the bearing region to the first leg. The second leg includes at least two parallel sections.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 20, 2007Publication date: December 17, 2009Applicant: Tegometall International AGInventor: Ulrich Bohnacker

Publication number: 20040035812Abstract: The shelving comprises a structural shelving member having a profile bar (11) made of sheet metal. The profile bar (11) is reinforced by y reinforcement strip (12) over part of the length of the structural shelving member. This part of the structural shelving member can be subjected to higher loads. Since the reinforcement strip (12) does not extend over the entire length of the structural member, the capability to carry higher loads is archieved at relatively low weight. The structural shelving member is e.g. a shelving column (1), wherein reinforcement strips (12) are provided in a lower portion (7) of the column. An upper portion (6) of the column does not comprise a reinforcement strip. Or the structural member can be a transverse shelving crossbar (2), wherein a reinforcement strip is then provided in the centre portion.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 14, 2003Publication date: February 26, 2004Inventor: Ulrich Bohnacker

Patent number: 6672226Abstract: Shelving comprises uprights and horizontal bracket systems for supporting shelves. The present bracket system comprises two separate parts, a bracket and a retaining member. The bracket has an upper edge forming a support face for carrying a shelf. The retaining member comprises an anchoring section received in a receptacle in the bracket, and a locking section projecting over the support face for engagement with a shelf to prevent it from sliding on the support face.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 2002Date of Patent: January 6, 2004Assignee: Tegometall (International) AGInventor: Ulrich Bohnacker

Patent number: 6607171Abstract: For stamping shelf supporting brackets of an overall L-shaped configuration from band material (13), the cutting lines are so arranged that one cut generates the upper edges (6) of two adjacent brackets rotated by 180° with respect to each other, and the subsequent cut generates the lower edges (14) of those two brackets which are contiguous to each other at this location. The cantilever portion (4) of each bracket has its free end provided with a hook portion (5) which projects from the upper edge (6) and in use serves for retaining the respective shelf. At the opposite end, the upper edge (6) of the cantilever portion (4) has a notch (7) which is shaped complementarily with respect to that part of the hook portion (5) which projects above the upper edge (6). In the stamping process, the size of waste clippings (15) is reduced by having the hook portion (5) of one bracket extend into the notch (7) of the adjacent bracket.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2002Date of Patent: August 19, 2003Assignee: Tegometall (International) AGInventor: Ulrich Bohnacker

Patent number: 5264254Abstract: An electrostatical powder coating method starts out from a metallic surface provided with an oil film as a protection against corrosion during storing and transportation. Resin powder is applied to the surface without prior removal of the oil film. The powder layer is melted in a furnace and subsequently hardened by cooling. It is preferred that an amount of heat is supplied by the furnace which is sufficient to evaporate the oil. Preferably, an oil is used which is stable during heating as long as it remains on the work piece surface. This includes the possibility that all of the oil or at least some components thereof diffuse and evaporate through the powder layer during heating or, alternatively, that part or all of the oil remains on the work piece during the heat treatment and mixes with the powder layer. In both cases the quality of the resin coating is not deteriorated by the oil film.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 1991Date of Patent: November 23, 1993Assignee: Tegometall Rudolf BohnackerInventors: Ulrich Bohnacker, Thomas Probst
