Abstract: The invention relates to a respiratory therapy device (1) for treating the musculature of respiratory tracts, lung functions and/or mucous deposits in the lungs, nose and/or throat of a patient (2), consisting of a hollow body (3) in which at least one through-channel (4, 5) is provided, a mouthpiece or nosepiece (6) which is inserted into the hollow body (3) and which is connected to the patient (2) during the duration of the treatment by the respiratory therapy device (1), and consisting of at least one vibration body (11, 12) which is arranged in the interior of the hollow body (3) and which is caused to vibrate in an oscillating manner by the inhalation and/ or exhalation of the patient (2), wherein an oscillating, resistive and/or threshold-typical air pressure vibration occurs, the individual resistances during the inhalation and exhalation being adjustable specific to the patient and a modification or repositioning of the respiratory therapy device (1) not being required.

Abstract: In an inhalation system (1) for inhalation of a dosing aerosol (6?), comprising: a dosing device (6) which delivers the aerosol (6?) a container (2) in which one or more chambers (4, 5) separated from one another and connected together during inhalation by means of one or more valves (8) are provided, with an inlet opening (7) emerging into the first chamber (4), into which opening the dosing device (6) is inserted, with the second chamber (5) having a first passage opening (9) which interacts with the respiratory openings of a human being (20), with the second chamber (5) having a second passage opening (10) that is connected to the surrounding air (15) and through which a positive pressure in the second chamber (5) can escape into the surrounding air (15) during exhalation, a simple and hygienic application of the inhalation arrangement (1) should be guaranteed and the aerosol flow should have a linear and rotating motion induced in it during the inhalation procedure.

Abstract: A therapeutic device for improving the respiration of a patient, with a curved or bent pipe section and a mouthpiece inserted in a first end of the mouthpiece and adapted to provide an easy-to-handle medicinal device by means of which diseases of the airway can be treated, or the pulmonary volume, as well as the pulmonary inhalation performance, of a patient can be improved. This is achieved in that a holding peg connected to the pipe section can be pushed into a second end of the pipe section, and a passage channel disposed in the holding peg which penetrates into the inside of the pipe section, completely or in part, and the holding peg has a flexible hose is attached to it which runs inside the pipe section, the free end of which can move freely in the area of the mouthpiece between inner walls of the pipe section.
