  • Publication number: 20040091838
Abstract: On a dental prosthesis comprising an anatomically adapted shaped part (1) and teeth (2), here represented for the lower jaw, after its completion several suction holders (5) are mounted in an individually distributed manner. The primary part of a suction holder (5) is a vacuum adhesion plate (6), which adheres on the ridge (3). The plurality of suction holders (5) distributed on the adhering surface result in a comfortable seat and a good adhesive strength.

  • Patent number: 6613144
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for dosing flowable, preferably thick media, without the use of a pump. The device can preferably be interchanged on the cover or can be fixed as a cover of a common withdrawing device for paper towels, woven fabrics or other fabrics, cotton balls and the like. The inventive device comprises a dispensing container which is either constructed as a cover itself or comprises means for fastening on such a cover. In addition, said container releases a desired quantity of medium located therein when pressure is exerted on a predetermined partial area. The invention is preferably used in the areas of personal hygiene, household cleaning and industry in order to clean, polish and/or lubricate.

  • Patent number: 6378741
Abstract: A dosing bottle made in one piece from plastic using a blow molding or an injection molding method. With at least one mash seam or a constriction in the bottle walls, a separate dosing chamber with an opening passing through to an inside of the bottle is formed at a bottom of the bottle. The dosing chamber communicates with an outlet tube which runs through the inside of the bottle to an opening in such a manner that whenever the bottle is tipped forwards by 90° to 180° from its upright position into a pouring position, only the liquid in dosing chamber can be poured out of the bottle.

  • Patent number: 6227418
Abstract: Permanently or detachably mounted on a container (1) is a dosing and metering device that contains a pressure bellows (3), through which a valve-plate holder (8) passes. The valve-plate holder (8) essentially has the shape of a hollow cylinder and exhibits gaps or lateral openings (18), to enable communicating contact between pressure bellows (3) and container (1). The valve-plate holder (8) is arranged in a transition zone between pressure bellows (3) and container (1), in a fixed position relative to the container or container neck. The valve plate (7) attached to the end of the valve-plate holder (8) forms a valve seat (4) together with the constriction (31) between pressure bellows (3) and the metering chamber (5) that follows it. Axial pressure upon the metering chamber (5) allows the metering chamber to be entirely or partly filled or drained back into the container, as desired, in which case the contents of the metering chamber can be poured out when the cap is removed.
