  • Publication number: 20240092978
Abstract: Spreadable granules as infill granules for grass and artificial turf fields are proposed, which granules have a polymer matrix with a percentage between 10% by mass and 100% by mass of at least one biodegradable polymer and at least one filler from the group of natural fillers, embedded in the polymer matrix with the at least one biodegradable polymer. The invention provides for the spreadable granules to have at least one filler from the group including comminuted fruit kernels. In addition, the invention relates to the use of such spreadable granules as infill granules for grass and artificial turf fields, as a spacer material for the storage of construction materials, such as, e.g., floor covering materials, and as grit for road maintenance in winter.

  • Patent number: 7633676
Abstract: In a microscope comprising an objective and an eyepiece, which displays images of an object sensed by the objective, as well as comprising a camera which records the images of the object sensed by the objective, an eyepiece is provided which senses an image generated by a display, said display displaying the image recorded by the camera.

  • Patent number: 6597396
Abstract: A process for balancing a video signal is set forth. In order to be able to utilize, with particular advantage in the medical field, processes that have been known for a long time, the video signal is balanced in a manner such that the color effect of an image, displayed by a monitor, of a white surface that is illuminated with a selected light source corresponds as closely as possible to the color effect of the original white surface that results from direct observation by the human eye.

  • Patent number: 5424220
Abstract: The invention addresses an analysis element for the determination of an analyte according to the principle of a heterogeneous immunoassay. Said analysis element is made of a chromatographic porous carrier material and has a reaction zone, at least two detection zones and absorptive zones following said detection zones. The reaction zone contains analyte-specific and labelled binding partners which are present in a number of soluble compartments which are close together, but nevertheless spatially separated. The detection zones are adjacent to the reaction zones and contain an immobilized binding reagent for one of the binding partners present in the reaction zone. At least one detection zone contains a binding reagent for the analyte-specific unlabelled binding partner.
