  • Publication number: 20150145981
Abstract: A light scanning microscope with an illumination module switchable between an illumination with m number of spots and an illumination with n number of spots, a deflecting unit which moves the m or n spots in a predetermined sample region, and a detector module for confocal and spectrally resolved detection of the sample radiation. The detector module has a confocal diaphragm unit, a splitting unit which is arranged downstream of the confocal diaphragm unit, a detector, and an imaging unit which images the partial beams on the detector in a spatially separated manner. The confocal diaphragm unit is switchable between a confocal diaphragm with exactly m apertures for m-spot illumination and a confocal diaphragm with n apertures for n-spot illumination. The splitting unit has a first beam path for m-spot illumination and a second beam path for n-spot illumination. The splitting unit is switchable between the two beam paths.

  • Publication number: 20050232233
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the comfortable and consistent administration of subscriber-specific data and call processing features of a plurality of Multimedia Terminal Adapters of individual cable network telephony subscribers that are connected via one cable modem each to a broadband cable network used as the telephony access network in conjunction with at least one packet-based exchange for providing network and subscriber features, for processing signaling information and controlling the useful data transfer between the subscribers using suitable packet-based protocols. The method is furthermore characterized by a function that, for example, automatically provides a new cable network telephony subscriber with an allocation to a line unit of the exchange. This function also makes it possible for other telephony-relevant data and address positions to be input in a coordinated manner into the broadband cable network and the exchange.

  • Patent number: 6108615
Abstract: A method for analyzing process signals of a technical plant, in particular a power station plant, having a system process subdivided into functional units, includes performing simplified signal tracing for a diagnosis or a forecast of a system state by checking if a process signal is a component of a functional unit, for each process signal and each functional unit. Thereafter, a degree of correlation between each two process signals is determined with the aid of the number of those functional units in which they are jointly a component. Subsequently, the process signals correlated with a prescribed process signal are represented as information elements that are positioned relative to one another in such a way that the distance between each two information elements represents the degree of their correlation.
