  • Publication number: 20130319945
Abstract: A device for field flux fractioning comprises a sensor to determine the presence of particles in a liquid and a channel impermeable for particles and permeable for liquid. A pump conveys the liquid to first and second paths to the channel, where the second path connects in a first position to the pump outlet and in a second position to the sensor. An injection device injects a sample comprising particles into the liquid flowing through the first path. A distribution device distributes the flow volume conveyed by the pump in a first position at a predetermined ratio to the first and second paths. A control device comprises a valve and a measuring device to measure the flow volume. The valve controls the flow volume in the first path in consideration of the measuring device measurement and the pump conveys the liquid in a flow volume, which can be precisely dosed.

  • Publication number: 20120145278
Abstract: A duct housing for a field-flux fractionation device with first and second duct housing parts being located over top of each other in the assembled state and forming a duct. A first side of the duct is limited by a membrane arranged between the two duct housing parts sealing against the outside and thus a separation volume is determined between the first duct housing part and the membrane. A first sealing area is provided at the first duct housing part and a circumferential projection, projecting from a first area defined by the first duct housing part and in the assembled state limiting a second side of the duct and surrounding the duct with the first sealing area in the assembled state engaging the membrane in a sealing fashion.

  • Publication number: 20120119491
Abstract: A hollow fiber connection for the radial sealing connection between a hollow fiber and a connection element and/or between the hollow fiber and a housing, particularly for a device for field flux fractionating. Here, the hollow fiber is arranged in a housing connection of the housing. A sealing of the hollow fiber in reference to the connection element and/or the housing as well as in reference to the environment may be yielded according to the invention such that an annular element and a connection element are coupled via a connection part to the housing and/or the hollow fiber and that the hollow fiber connection achieves a sealing via a section between the hollow fiber and the connection element, which is created by an axial displacement of the annular element in reference to the connection element.
