The device can be used as a nasal aspirator, applicator, or baster for food products. The applicator tip and base can be removably connected to each other via a threaded connection or snap-fit connection. Force applied to the base decreases the volume of the base to create a pressure differential to draw and expel the liquid or powder from the device.
