A control plane of the MSP is established in a first tenancy, and a first access plane of the MSP is established in a second tenancy of a cloud environment. The control plane is configured to manage a plurality of services offered by the MSP to a first host machine included in the second tenancy. A first request is transmitted from the control plane to the first access plane, where the first request is forwarded by the first access plane to the first host machine, and corresponds to a service utilized by the first host machine and managed by the control plane of the MSP. In response to the first request being validated, a first state of the first host machine is modified in the second tenancy based on the first request.

The method includes communicating with a user device on a current frequency through a wireless communications network. The method may also include determining, based at least in part on a model, a probability that a higher capacity may be acquired by the user device on a frequency other than the current frequency; predicting a first recommended frequency for the user device that is likely to have a higher capacity than the current frequency; instructing the user device to scan the first recommended frequency; receiving an indication from the user device that the first recommended frequency has a higher capacity than the current frequency; and communicating with the user device on the first recommended frequency.

Abstract: Techniques for clustering network elements of a telecommunication network are described herein. For instance, a machine learned model can cluster cells based on a combination of network data, user equipment data, location data, and map data. Clusters output from the machine learned model can be compared to each other to identify an underperforming cell, to generate recommendations that improve performance of a cell, and/or to determine performance benchmarks for cells or networks across different geographical regions.

Abstract: Fabrics are disclosed having a liner with a polymeric coating, the coating comprising 0.25 to 8 ridges per cm and pits at an area density of 20 to 2500 cm2. The fabrics provide good friction in oily conditions. Also disclosed are methods for producing such fabrics comprising applying to a liner a liquid comprising water and a precursor of a polymeric material, contacting the liquid on the liner with a water-sorbing material and curing the polymeric coating. The fabrics may find use in gloves.

The method comprises providing a liner, and coating at least a part of the liner with a PVC paste to form a coating having an outer layer, applying particles of a soluble solid to the outer layer of the coating and curing the outer layer. Preferably, the method further comprises gelling the outer layer after applying the particles and contacting the gelled outer layer with a solvent before curing. Preferably, the soluble solid comprises a solid acid.

The method may comprise: obtaining data associated with one or more capacity attributes and one or more key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with a network, calculating network level values for the one or more KPIs from the obtained data, generating performance data graphs by plotting a first of the one or more KPIs against a second of the one or more KPIs, analyzing the one or more performance data graphs to determine at least one alarm threshold, and monitoring the one or more capacity attributes to determine if any of the at least one alarm thresholds has been triggered.

Abstract: In order to reduce refrigerant leakage from an automotive air conditioning system, the leakage paths are kept sealed by automatically reducing the output of a variable displacement compressor (12) after initial operation of the engine for a predetermined number of five minutes, and then only for a predetermined number of ten seconds, that is, so long as there has been an air conditioning on signal by the operator. After the reduction in output for ten seconds, the output of the compressor (12) is returned to full output for a predetermined number of two air-conditioning minutes, which is then followed by another ten seconds of reduced output.
