    Abstract: Disclosed is a system for automatically cross-reporting direct transaction information where an ARS telecommunication system is in combination with a network. The system includes an information standardization unit for standardizing the information request input from users through analog telephones, mobile telecommunication device or a cyber display frame on a computer, a control unit for analyzing requirements of the users and searching the required information, an information storage unit classifying the information required for the control unit and storing the required information, and an information transmission unit for receiving the user-oriented information from the control unit and transmitting the information to the users.
