  • Publication number: 20240208148
Abstract: A method for post-curing a 3D printing output and a transparent orthodontic device manufactured by the method are described. The method for post-curing a 3D printing output removes residual resin from printouts manufactured through a 3D printer, shortens the curing time by improving the curing speed through a post-curing process, and can manufacture printouts with improved strength and increased transparency. The transparent orthodontic device removes resin of the surface through the post-curing process when manufacturing a transparent orthodontic device, improves strength, not only has excellent transparency, but also enables unreacted monomers to be removed, and can exhibit shape memory characteristics that restore its shape to the initially printed-out shape of the transparent orthodontic device by the provision of heat.

  • Patent number: 11873362
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a photocurable polymer composition for 3D printing including: a UV-curable polyurethane oligomer; a photoinitiator; an oligomer; and a stabilizer. The photocurable polymer composition for 3D printing can produce a 3D printed product having excellent physical properties such as thermal properties, strength, elastic modulus and tensile elongation. In addition, the photocurable polymer composition can produce a 3D printed product which, even when the original shape thereof is deformed during use, can be restored to the original shape thereof.

  • Patent number: 11845827
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a photocurable composition for 3D printing for producing a patient-specific splint or cast. The photocurable composition easily produces a splint or cast conforming to the patient's body shape using 3D printing and makes it possible to adjust the immobilizing force of the splint or cast. In addition, the present disclosure provides a patient-specific splint or cast using a photocurable composition for 3D printing, which may produce a splint or cast, which may provide a necessary degree of compression by adjusting the immobilizing force thereof and is attachable and detectable as needed.

  • Publication number: 20190209266
Abstract: Disclosed is an artificial tooth machining apparatus which protects a workpiece and first and second tools from heat and frictional contact that may occur when the workpiece is machined and enhancing machining precision by supplying water or air to the tools by a supply unit, a first nozzle portion, and a second nozzle portion, which has a lifespan lengthened by preventing chips of the workpiece or water or air from being introduced to a mechanism operation part of a base part by a discharge unit and a blocking unit, and which prevents a collision between the first tool and the second tool during machining of the workpiece by a tool collision preventing controller.
