Abstract: The invention relates to a device for the detachable securing of a supporting arrangement 91) to a substantially rectangular repair platform (3) constructed of beams, on which a damaged vehicle is intended to be secured during the work of repair. The beams, on their respective outwardly facing sides are constructed with channel-shaped profiled members (4a, 4b) with mutually facing openings. These profiled members are conventionally used for fixing of equipment for repair work. At the respective beam, the lower channel-shaped profiled member (4b) projects below the outwardly facing lower edge line (3c1), of the beam side.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) for the fixing of a vehicle to an automobile body straightening bench. A car body rim (5) is fixed to a beam that extends from the automobile body straightener by means of two clamp jaws (3, 4) at each point of fixation. The clamp jaws (3, 4) are at their respective outer ends linked by a pair of scissor arms (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b). These are pivotally connected at two opposed connection points (6a, 6b). The two scissor arms (3a, 3b) for one of the clamp jaws (3) are linked by a first yoke (7), which is rotatably mounted in the scissor arms (3a, 3b). In the middle of the first yoke (7) there is a boring (7a) in which at least one threaded bolt (8) is driven. The scissor arms (4a, 4b) are linked by a plate (9) that is arranged to form a holding-up tool against the upper side (2a) of said beam (2).

Abstract: The present invention relates to an attachment arrangement (32,33) for a cycle which is capable of attachment in an upright attitude to a cycle supporting bar (4) capable of being connected to a vehicle-mounted load carrier (2). The attachment arrangement includes a U-shaped attachment element which straddles the side and top surface of the supporting bar. The U-shaped element includes a flexible wire which surrounds a wheel of the cycle while the wheel is received in the U-shaped recess. The flexible wire is in turn connected to a clasp and both elements are connected to the U-shaped element in an over-center arrangement.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement (1) for a vehicle-mounted load-carrier (2) for a cycle (3) or some other load, which is capable of attachment to a supporting bar (4) or a similar holding element capable of being connected to the load-carrier. The invention permits the rapid securing of, for example, cycles of varying size to the vehicle-mounted load-carrier without the need for complicated readjustment and adaptation of the securing devices in order to ensure reliable retention. The load-carrier (2) and the supporting bar, etc. (4) are so arranged as to be clamped together by means of securing devices (5) capable of adjustment along the supporting bar (4) in question and straddling same, which securing devices include a clamping arm (11) for securely clamping the load-carrier and capable of actuation by means of an adjuster (7).

Abstract: The present invention relates to equipment for straightening deformed vehicles or vehicle parts and includes a frame of beams on which the vehicle is fastened. One or more straightening devices can be fastened to the frame. The equipment has a U-shaped cross-section by being built-up from an upper and a lower plate and an intermediate plate, that joins them at some distance from their ends. This permits the fastening device to be brought into contact with the upper, lower and outer sides of a frame beam. Further the fastening device is provided with a blocking element which can be made to grip around the lower, inner corner of the beam and to be in contact with a lower part of the inner side of the beam and thereby lock the fastening device to the beam.
