Abstract: A portable cooking device (2) has a base (4) with at least one heating unit (3) and a cover (5) hingedly connected to the back of the base (4). The cover is movable between a closed position and an open position in relation to the base (4). At least one flap (1) is hingedly coupled to a lateral edge of the base (4). The at least one flap (1) is movable between a first horizontal position and a second vertical position in relation to the base. At least one of the cover (5) or the flap (1) comprises a magnetic element (10) by which the cover positioned in its open position is magnetically attachable to the at least one flap (1) positioned in its second vertical position to form a windshield.
