Abstract: A multi-focal, multi-camera endoscope having a tip section including a first optical assembly for generating a first image of a body cavity; a second optical assembly for generating a second image of a body cavity; at least one illuminator associated with each of the first optical assembly and second optical assembly; and a processing system configured to: zoom the first optical assembly and thereby generate a zoomed first image in place of the first image; and automatically cause a physical display to eliminate a display of the second image and to only display said zoomed first image. To eliminate the display of the second image, the processing system reduces a power supply to the second optical assembly, reduces an illumination intensity of an illuminator associated with the second optical assembly or causes the physical display to power off, darken, or blacken.

The device comprises a connector body comprising a projection portion defining a tab and an IV port arranged at a first end of the connector body, the IV port comprising an elongate connecting member projecting therefrom and defining a cutout. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for evaluating a Parkinson disease (PD) condition or a progression thereof by using voice analysis, and for treating the PD condition. Evaluation of the PD condition or of the progression thereof may be performed instantly or over time by analyzing current voice samples of the PD subject and, optionally, historical voice samples that are stored in a data storage unit, determining pertinent voice characteristics of the PD subject based on the analysis of the voice samples, and evaluating the PD condition, or the progression thereof by comparing current voice characteristics to similar voice characteristics. Treating a PD condition may include, for example, adjusting a drug delivery parameter to a level that is treatment-wise beneficial, for example, in preventing or delaying the onset of “off” periods or shortening the duration of an “off” period, or ameliorating a Hypokinetic dysarthria (HD) symptom or another PD symptom.

Abstract: Dual vial adapter assemblages having a triple component construction as follows: a first vented female vial adapter for telescopic mounting on a drug vial, a second vented female vial adapter for telescopic mounting on a liquid vial and a tubular liquid transfer coupler for coupling the first vented female vial adapter and the second vented female vial adapter for establishing a dual sealed lumen arrangement therebetween.
