  • Publication number: 20230266881
Abstract: An apparatus includes a memory controller and scrambling circuitry. The memory controller is configured to control a Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM). The scrambling circuitry is configured to maintain one or more scrambling keys associated with one or more active rows of the DRAM, respectively, to identify a memory-access command, which is transferred between the memory controller and the DRAM and which addresses a given active row of the DRAM, and to apply to the command a scrambling key that is associated with the given active row.

  • Publication number: 20230075399
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) is provided. The IC includes a molding compound, a plurality of pins, an exposed pad, a die surrounded by the molding compound, an adhesive material, and a plurality of bonding wires. The pins are disposed on at least one edge of the molding compound and separated from each other. The adhesive material is disposed between the die and the exposed pad and surrounded by the molding compound. The exposed pad is electrically connected to the die through one of the bonding wires, and the pins are electrically connected to the die through the remaining bonding wires. The die is configured to detect whether a chassis intrusion event is present in response to a signal from the exposed pad.

  • Patent number: 11385902
Abstract: A computer system includes one or more memory devices, non-resettable memory elements and a processor. The first memory device is configured to store in the one or more memory devices (i) a first version of a multi-stage bootstrap program for bootstrapping the computer system, the bootstrap program including a self-test program that tests the bootstrap program, and (ii) a second version of the bootstrap program known to be trustworthy. The non-resettable memory elements are configured to store non-resettable indicators including at least a self-test-request indicator and a self-test-passed indicator. The processor is configured to retrieve the first version of the bootstrap program, and, if the first version is at least as recent as the trustworthy second version, to bootstrap the computer system securely using the first version and the non-resettable indicators.

  • Publication number: 20080273113
Abstract: Apparatus for display processing includes a host interface, which is arranged to accept graphical information from a first computer. A first display head is arranged to produce a first digital video signal including first frames representing the graphical information at a first frame rate, for displaying the graphical information on a local display of the first computer. A second display head is arranged to produce a second digital video signal including second frames representing the graphical information at a second frame rate that is lower than the first frame rate. A video redirection module is arranged to regulate a transmission rate of the second digital video signal from the second display head, to capture the second frames that are generated by the second display head and to forward the captured frames to a second computer.

  • Publication number: 20080002894
Abstract: A method for detecting changes in a sequence of images includes dividing each of the images into tiles, each tile including a group of pixels. A tile signature representing the pixel values of the pixels of a given tile using a single numerical value is defined, such that a change in the signature is indicative of a change in at least one of the pixel values of the pixels of the given tile. Reference signatures of the tiles of a first image in the sequence are computed and stored. Current signatures of the tiles of a second image in the sequence are computed. An indication of changed tiles in the second image with respect to the first image is outputted by comparing the respective current signatures to the respective reference signatures of the tiles.
