Abstract: A method for mounting functional elements in a lens includes mounting the functional elements on a foil, applying a closed contour alignment surface of an alignment tool having a central opening surrounded by the closed contour on the foil portion opposite to the mounted function elements, applying underpressure on the central opening to maintain the foil portion with the mounted functional elements on the alignment tool, cutting a flap including the foil portion and supporting the functional elements out of the foil, positioning and aligning the flap through actuator, fixing the position of the flap against the adjacent foil surface, embedding the foil with the mounted functional elements in a predetermined distance to the front surface of a mould, and casting and curing the lens with the embedded foil.

Abstract: The screw or worm mixer comprises a downwardly tapering container and a conveying and mixing screw or worm arranged therein which does not move along the container wall. The container does not have a round cross-section but a substantially cornered cross-section and the screw is arranged in one corner thereof. This corner is rounded to form a curvature which is essentially concentrically arranged relative to the lengthwise axis of the screw. The entire container is pivotably supported so that, depending upon the requirements of the processed material, the container wall which is adjacent to the screw or worm and forms a segment of a cylinder is located somewhat below, adjacent or above the screw.

Abstract: A cast wheel body is formed with an angular slot for receiving a hammerhead bolt used to fasten a wheel rim to the wheel body with an angle piece cast in this slot being pushed outwardly by means of a vertically movable tool which deburs the areas where the angle piece is broken away and the adjacent walls of the wheel rim while also leveling the bolt support and compressing the wall for the bolt to a predetermined thickness.
