    Abstract: A device for producing a cable harness includes a presentation plate having a front side on which cables of the cable harness can be arranged, and handling elements for handling the cables of the cable harness. The handling elements are magnetically attached to the presentation plate. The device has a pneumatic system that creates an air cushion between the handling elements and the presentation plate formed as a perforated plate. The handling elements each have a front-side handling part and a rear-side moving part positioned on opposite sides of the presentation plate.
