Abstract: The present invention relates to a pressing cylinder for a material conveying device, in particular for a roller feed, comprising: a piston rod which is configured to engage with a movable component of the material conveying device; a cylinder space which is configured to at least partially guide the piston rod; a piston which is arranged in the cylinder space and which is connected to the piston rod; and a motor; wherein the piston rod comprises a first piston rod element and a second piston rod element which are configured such that a rotational movement of the first piston rod element causes a translational movement of the second piston rod element relative to the piston; wherein the motor is configured to cause the rotational movement of the first piston rod element.

Abstract: A roll feed includes a base body, a first tube roll having a rolling surface and a first bearing shaft, wherein the base body is configured to support the first tube roll and the first bearing shaft. The first bearing shaft and the first tube roll are configured to be detachably connected to each other for a rotationally fixed connection, wherein the base body is configured such that the first tube roll can be removed from the base body in an axial direction, wherein the axial direction is substantially parallel to an axis of rotation of the first tube roll.

Abstract: A post anchor for anchoring a member to a post is disclosed. The post anchor comprises two segments: a drill end and a second end. The drill end is adapted to drill a hole in a post. A member is anchored to the post by attaching the member to the second end of the post anchor. The drill end is adapted to drill a hole in a post so that the post anchor is arranged in the hole without any axial play. An adhesive may be added to the hole to fill the spaces between the post and the drill end.

Abstract: Disclosed is a post anchor (1) comprising two final sections (11, 12), one (11) of which can be introduced into a post (10) while the other one (12) is used for fixing the anchor (1) to or in another element. The section (11) that can be introduced into the post represents a drill bit section (11) which is used for introducing a bore (20) into the post (10) in a substantially stress-free manner. The drill bit section (11) in the bore (20) is provided with essentially no axial clearance and is preferably embodied as a screw bit. The drill bit section (11) has a first smaller drill core diameter (31) in a first zone (31) bordering the tip thereof while having a larger drill core diameter (32) in a second zone (32) located closer to the other section (12) in the longitudinal direction thereof (13).

Abstract: A method fixes an optical fiber (15) in a connector (10) for an optical plug-in connection. The connector (10) includes a location body (11) having a bore hole (12) to receive the optical fiber (15). In accordance with the method, the optical fiber (15) is inserted into the bore hole (12) of the location body (11) and is fixed therein by bonding with an adhesive (19). Easy and stable bonding is achieved by using a solid chemically reactive adhesive (19) which is reacted when brought into a liquid state and which enables a temperature-resistant connection.

Abstract: The method is used for optimizing a user signal, which is to be transmitted, in a stationary or mobile voice terminal by means of which a user signal consisting of a voice signal and a first background signal is picked up via a microphone, is supplied, possibly after analog or digital signal processing, to an output stage and is delivered by the latter to a transmission medium. In the voice terminal, a memory unit is provided in which at least one second background signal is stored which is called up by a control unit and is superimposed during the entire period or part of the period of the call on the voice signal to be transmitted.
